耶稣稍往前走，把脸伏在地上祷告说：“我父啊，如果有可能，让这杯离开我吧！但不要照我的意愿，而要照你的意愿。”

他就稍往前走，俯伏在地，祷告说：“我父啊，倘若可行，求你叫这杯离开我。然而，不要照我的意思，只要照你的意思。”

And He went a little beyond them, and fell on His face and prayed, saying,“ My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will.”

因为我从天上降下来，不是要行自己的意思，而是要行那派我来者的意思。

降卑自己，顺从至死，甚至死在十字架上！

耶稣第二次又去祷告说：“我父啊，如果这杯不能离开我，一定要我喝下，那就愿你的旨意成就！”

“我凭自己什么也不能做。我怎么听见，就怎么审判，而且我的审判是公义的，因为我不求自己的意思，而求那派我来者的意思。

基督在他肉身的日子里，曾经用强烈的呼号和泪水，向能救他脱离死亡的那一位献上了祈祷和恳求，就因着他的虔诚蒙了垂听。

然后他抽出身，离他们约有扔一块石头的距离，跪下祷告，说：“父啊，如果你愿意，请把这杯从我这里拿走吧！但不要成就我的意思，而要成就你的意思。”

“现在我的灵魂烦扰。我该说什么呢？说‘父啊，救我脱离这时刻’吗？但我正是为了这时刻而来的。父啊，愿你荣耀你的名！”这时候，有声音从天上传来：“我已经荣耀了我的名，还要再荣耀！”

不过我照着父的吩咐如此去做，是为要世界知道我爱父。“起来，我们走吧！

耶稣稍往前走，俯伏在地，祷告说，如果有可能，让那时刻离开他。他说：“阿爸！父啊！在你，没有不可能的事，请把这杯从我这里拿走吧！但不要照我的意愿，而要照你的意愿。”

于是他们把石头挪开。耶稣向上举目，说：“父啊，我感谢你，因为你已经垂听了我。

耶稣就对彼得说：“把刀收回鞘里！父所赐给我的杯，我难道能不喝吗？”

耶稣就回答说：“你们不知道自己在求什么。我将要喝的杯，你们能喝吗？”他们说：“我们能。”

亚伯兰脸伏于地；神又对他说：

我就俯伏在他的脚前，要敬拜他。可是他对我说：“你要注意，不可这样！我与你和你的弟兄们——那些持守有关耶稣见证的，都是同做奴仆的。你应当敬拜神！因为有关耶稣的见证，才是预言的灵魂所在。”

因为假基督们和假先知们会出现，行大神迹和奇事，如果有可能，甚至迷惑那些蒙拣选的人。

当彼得进去的时候，哥尼流就迎上去，俯伏在他的脚前拜他。

我们坚强的人，应该担当不坚强人的软弱，不求自己的喜悦。我们每个人当为了邻人的益处让他喜悦，使他得造就。因为基督不但不求自己的喜悦，反而像经上所记的：“那些责骂你之人的责骂，都落在我身上了。”

因为假基督们和假先知们会出现，行神迹和奇事，如果有可能，甚至迷惑那些蒙拣选的人。

并且把脸伏在耶稣脚前，感谢他。这人是个撒马利亚人。
