Peter replied,“ All the others may turn away because of you. But I never will.”

彼得说：“众人虽然为你的缘故跌倒，我却永不跌倒。”

彼得回答他说：“即使众人为你的缘故跌倒，我也绝不跌倒。”

彼得说：“即使所有的人都离弃你，我也永远不会离弃你！”

彼得对他说：“就算所有的人都因你的缘故后退，我却永不后退。”

彼得对耶稣说：“即使所有的人因你被绊倒，我也绝不会被绊倒。”

彼得說：「眾人雖然為你的緣故跌倒，我卻永不跌倒。」

彼得回答他說：「即使眾人為你的緣故跌倒，我也絕不跌倒。」

彼得回答他說：「即使眾人為你的緣故跌倒，我也絕不跌倒。」

彼得說：「即使所有的人都離棄你，我也永遠不會離棄你！」

彼得對他說：“就算所有的人都因你的緣故後退，我卻永不後退。”

彼得應時對耶穌說：『眾人雖會因着你而絆跌，我總不絆跌。』

彼得對耶穌說：「即使所有的人因你被絆倒，我也絕不會被絆倒。」

彼得曰、眾雖棄爾、我終不爾棄、

彼得曰、眾雖棄爾、我終不爾棄、

彼得對曰、眾雖為爾躓蹶、我永不躓蹶、

伯鐸祿曰：『即使眾皆背子、予決不背。』

Peter replied,“ Even if all fall away on account of you, I never will.”

Peter answered him,“ Though they all fall away because of you, I will never fall away.”

Peter declared,“ Even if everyone else deserts you, I will never desert you.”

Peter told him,“ Even if everyone falls away because of you, I will never fall away.”

But Peter replied to Him,“ Even if they all fall away because of You, I will never fall away!”

Peter answered and said to Him,“ Even if all are made to stumble because of You, I will never be made to stumble.”

But Peter answered and said unto him, If all shall be offended in thee, I will never be offended.

Peter told Him,“ Even if everyone runs away because of You, I will never run away!”

Peter answered and said unto him, Though all[ men] shall be offended because of thee,[ yet] will I never be offended.

Peter said to him,“ If they all fall away because of you, I will never fall away!”

But Peter answered him,“ Even if all will be made to stumble because of you, I will never be made to stumble.”

But Simon replied,“ Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death.”

When Jesus and the disciples had finished eating, Jesus spoke to Simon Peter. He asked,“ Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these others do?”“ Yes, Lord,” he answered.“ You know that I love you.” Jesus said,“ Feed my lambs.”

Don’t do anything only to get ahead. Don’t do it because you are proud. Instead, be humble. Value others more than yourselves.

Peter said,“ All the others may turn away. But I will not.”

A human heart is more dishonest than anything else. It can’t be healed. Who can understand it?

If you are proud, you will be destroyed. If you are proud, you will fall.Suppose you are lowly in spirit along with those who are treated badly. That’s better than sharing stolen goods with those who are proud.

Love one another deeply. Honor others more than yourselves.

My God, keep me going as you have promised. Then I will live. Don’t let me lose all hope.Take good care of me, and I will be saved. I will always honor your orders.

In the same way, I’m speaking to you who are younger. Follow the lead of those who are older. All of you, put on a spirit free of pride toward one another. Put it on as if it were your clothes. Do this because Scripture says,“ God opposes those who are proud. But he gives grace to those who are humble.”( Proverbs 3:34)So make yourselves humble. Put yourselves under God’s mighty hand. Then he will honor you at the right time.

People who always want more stir up conflict. But those who trust in the Lord will succeed.Those who trust in themselves are foolish. But those who live wisely are kept safe.

Many claim to have love that never fails. But who can find a faithful person?

My steps have stayed on your paths. My feet have not slipped.

Simon Peter asked him,“ Lord, where are you going?” Jesus replied,“ Where I am going you can’t follow now. But you will follow me later.”“ Lord,” Peter asked,“ why can’t I follow you now? I will give my life for you.”Then Jesus answered,“ Will you really give your life for me? What I’m about to tell you is true. Before the rooster crows, you will say three times that you don’t know me!
