世界末日的時候也是這樣。天使必把惡人從義人中揀出來，

因為祂要來審判大地，要公義地審判世界，公正地審判萬民。

「『我的羊群啊！至於你們，主耶和華這樣說，我要在你們中間施行審判，在公綿羊和公山羊之間進行審判。你們肥壯的羊在茂盛的草場上吃還不夠嗎？你們非要用蹄子踐踏吃剩的草嗎？你們喝清水還不夠嗎？你們非要用蹄子攪渾剩下的水嗎？我其餘的羊只得吃你們踐踏的草，喝你們攪渾的水。「『所以主耶和華對他們說，看啊，我要親自在肥羊和瘦羊之間施行審判。你們肥羊用脅和肩拱，用角牴瘦弱的，使他們四散。因此我要拯救我的羊，使他們不再成為獵物，我要在羊與羊之間施行審判。

因為祂要來審判大地，祂要按公義審判世界，憑祂的信實審判萬民。

祂領出自己的子民，好像領出羊群，引領他們經過曠野，

按照我所傳的福音，到了審判之日，上帝要藉著耶穌基督審判人一切隱祕的事。

惡人在審判之日必無法逃脫，罪人在義人的聚會中必站不住腳。

祂手拿簸箕，要把穀場清理乾淨，將麥子存入倉裡，用不滅的火把糠秕燒盡。」

我們的上帝來臨，並非悄然無聲，祂前面有烈火燃燒，周圍有暴風怒吼。祂召喚天地，為要審判祂的子民。祂說：「把我忠心的子民——那些藉著獻祭和我立約的人招聚到我這裡。」

我是好牧人，我認識我的羊，我的羊也認識我，

我的羊聽我的聲音，我也認識他們，他們也跟隨我。

所以，時候未到，不可妄下斷語。到主耶穌再來的時候，祂會揭開暗中的隱情，使人心裡的動機顯露。到時候上帝會給各人應得的稱讚。

丟進火裡。那時，他們將在那裡哀哭切齒。那時，義人要在他們天父的國度像太陽一樣發出光輝。有耳朵的，都應當聽。

「上帝以往不鑒察世人的無知，現在則命令世上所有的人都要悔改。因為祂已經定了日子，要藉祂所設立的人按公義審判這個世界。祂叫那人從死裡復活，給了全人類可信的憑據。」

沒有上帝律法的人若犯罪，雖然不按律法受審判，仍要滅亡；有上帝律法的人若犯罪，必按律法受審判。

我要剷除你們中間叛逆和犯罪的人。雖然我要領他們離開寄居之地，他們卻不能回以色列。這樣，你們就知道我是耶和華。』

那麼，你為什麼論斷弟兄姊妹呢？為什麼輕視弟兄姊妹呢？將來我們都要一同站在上帝的審判臺前。聖經上說：「主說，『我憑我的永恆起誓，萬膝必向我跪拜，萬口必稱頌上帝。』」這樣看來，我們各人都要在上帝面前陳明自己一切的事。

我又看見死去的人，不論尊卑老少，都站在寶座前面。案卷都展開了，另有一卷，就是生命冊也打開了。死去的人都要憑案卷中有關他們行為的記錄受審判。海洋、死亡和陰間都交出了它們裡面的死人，使他們按著各人的行為受審判。之後，死亡和陰間也被扔進火湖裡，這火湖就是第二次的死。名字沒有記在生命冊上的都要被扔進火湖裡。
