體肉體、乃與天主為仇、因不服天主之法、且不能服也、

惟爾褻瀆我名、因爾曹言主之案不潔、其上祭物可藐視、萬有之主曰、爾屢言獻祭勞煩、遂加輕慢、更以搶奪跛足有疾之牲、獻之為祭、我豈納之於爾手乎、主已言之矣、

彼曰、我儕禁食而主不視、反躬克己而主不顧、是何故歟、曰、爾曹禁食、仍求利己、且勒逼人為爾作工、

我儕終日負苦當暑、彼後至者、工作僅半時、爾竟使之與我相等乎、

爾曹猶言主之道不公平、不公平或作不相宜下同以色列族聽歟、我之道豈不公平、惟爾曹之道不公平、如善人離善作惡、因此而死、則因其所作之惡而死、如惡人悛改所行之惡、為義行善、必保其生命、因其忖思悛改所作之罪愆、必生存不死、以色列族猶言主之道不公平、以色列族歟、我道豈不公平、惟爾曹之道不公平、

其平日對天主曰、爾離我、我不願知爾之道、孰為全能之主、事之何為、祈之何益、

爾何稱我曰、主也、主也、而不行我所言乎、

答曰、爾嘗言曰、服事天主、實屬徒勞、守其律法、守其律法或作守其所命守者何益之有、因萬有之主愀然度日、愀然度日或作常懷憂悶何益之有、爾又曰、今我可稱驕傲者為福、作惡者昌盛、昌盛或作得建彼雖試天主、亦得免於患難、
