故我以喻語之、因其視而不見、聽而不聞、亦不悟也、以應以賽亞預言云、爾將聽而不聰、視而不明、蓋斯民心頑、耳聵、自閉其目、恐目視、耳聽、心悟、轉移而我醫之、

彼知識中既不願有上帝、上帝遂任其喪心、行非宜之行、

彼甘忘太古以上帝命而有諸天及地自水而出、以水而結、

乃曰、擊我而我無傷、扑我而我不覺、何時而醒、仍復索飲、
