耶穌曰：『是故士子而熟諳天國之理者、譬諸一家之主、庫中取物、新舊兼備。』

耶穌曰：『汝為義塞之師、而猶昧於斯理耶？

斯時、司祭長及民間耆老、方群集於大司祭該法院中

司祭諸長及經生見其所行異蹟、且聞幼童歡呼曰：『賀三納兮大維裔！』不勝忿恚。

世酋蠭起兮。跋扈飛揚。共圖背叛天主兮。反抗受命之王。

法利塞人風聞此種輿論、於是會同司祭諸長、遣發隸役以執耶穌、

時有經生法利塞人多人、攜一姦婦至、使立眾人之前、

民眾及長老經生為之聳動、遽臨捕之、引入會堂、

黎明、司祭諸長及民間耆老、群議處耶穌以死。

嗣謂人子須歷諸苦、為長老司祭長經生所絕、終必被害、第三日復活。

言際、十二徒之一茹答斯者果至、群人手刃興梃而隨之、蓋均為司祭長及民間耆老所遣者。
