Who has believed our message? To whom has Yahweh’s arm been revealed?For he grew up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of dry ground. He has no good looks or majesty. When we see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.

Now all this has happened that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying,

For the zeal of your house consumes me. The reproaches of those who reproach you have fallen on me.When I wept and I fasted, that was to my reproach.

They answered him,“ Jesus of Nazareth.” Jesus said to them,“ I am he.” Judas also, who betrayed him, was standing with them.

Isn’t this true, you children of Israel?” says Yahweh.“ But you gave the Nazirites wine to drink, and commanded the prophets, saying,‘ Don’t prophesy!’

“‘ This is the law of the Nazirite: when the days of his separation are fulfilled, he shall be brought to the door of the Tent of Meeting,

She vowed a vow, and said,“ Yahweh of Armies, if you will indeed look at the affliction of your servant and remember me, and not forget your servant, but will give to your servant a boy, then I will give him to Yahweh all the days of his life, and no razor shall come on his head.”
