又說：「為這緣故、人必離開父親和母親，同他的妻子膠結，兩個人就成為一體」麼？

并且说：‘因此，人要离开父母，与妻子连合，二人成为一体。’这经你们没有念过吗？

‘因此，人要离开父母，与妻子结合，二人成为一体。’

并且说：‘为这缘故，人将离开父母，与妻子结合，两个人就成为一体。’

並且說：『因此，人要離開父母，與妻子連合，二人成為一體。』這經你們沒有念過嗎？

『因此，人要離開父母，與妻子結合，二人成為一體。』

並且說：『為這緣故，人將離開父母，與妻子結合，兩個人就成為一體。』

曰、緣此人必離父母、膠漆其妻、成為一體、此經爾未讀乎、

故曰、人離父母、膠漆其妻、成為一體、此經汝豈未讀乎、

且云人離父母、與妻聯合、二人成為一體、此豈爾未讀乎、

且謂「因此人將離其父母、好合其妻、二人成為一體。」

and said,‘ For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’?

He said,‘ That’s why a man will leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife. The two will become one.’( Genesis 2:24)

and said,‘ Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’?

永恆主上帝就使那人瞇瞇沉睡；當那人睡覺的時候，永恆主上帝就取下了他的一條肋骨，又用肉去補而合起來。於是永恆主上帝用那人身上取下來的肋骨建造一個女人，帶她到那人跟前。那人說：『啊！這是我骨中之骨，我肉中之肉啊！這可以稱為女人，因為這是從男人身上取出來的。』因此人才離開父親和母親，同他的妻子膠結，二人就成為一體了。

『為這緣故、人必離開父親和母親、同妻子膠結，兩個人就成為一體了。』

豈不知和妓女膠結的、便是和她成為一體麼？因為上帝說：『二人就成為一體了』。

我的心緊緊地依附着你；你的右手扶着我。

關於這些國的人、永恆主曾經對以色列人說：『你們不可去在他們中間，他們也不可來在你們中間：因為他們的確會使你們的心偏離、去隨從他們的神』；但所羅門卻戀慕着這些女子、而愛了她們。

女子啊，你要聽，要看，要傾耳以聽；務要忘掉你本族之民和你父的家；

耶穌對他們說：『是為着你們的硬心摩西才寫了這條誡命給你們的。但從創造之初，「上帝造人是有男有女的」；「因此人才離開父親和母親，同他的妻子膠結。二人就成為一體」；這一來，他們就不再是兩個，而是一體了。所以上帝所配偶的，人不可分開。』

惟有你們這緊依附着永恆主你們的上帝的人、今日全都活着。

妻子對自己的身體並沒有主權，丈夫才有主權；同樣的，丈夫對自己的身體也沒有主權，妻子才有。

我的哥哥約拿單哪，我為你悲痛；你非常令我喜悅；你愛我的情很奇妙，勝過婦女的愛情。

大衛對掃羅說完了話，約拿單的心和大衛的心就連結在一起；約拿單愛大衛、如同愛自己的性命。

你要敬畏永恆主你的上帝，事奉他，緊依附着他，起誓也要指着他的名而起誓。

愛要不裝假。惡要厭惡，善要親近。

但是為了避免淫亂的緣故，各人最好要有他自己的妻子，各人也最好要有自己的丈夫。

你們若小心謹慎遵行我所吩咐你們的這一切誡命，愛永恆主你們的上帝，行他的道路，又緊依附着他，

示劍的心繫戀於雅各的女兒底拿，愛這少女，常和少女談心。
