無論對猶太人、或希臘人、或聖教同人、皆須小心謹慎、莫為厲階。吾本人之所以和光同塵、舍己從人者、亦欲感化眾人、誘其歸主而已矣。

親愛之兄弟、爾其諦聽、斯世之貧人、乃天主之所眷顧、使其富於信德、而簡為天國之嗣子。蓋天國特為愛慕天主之人而設也。

避惡若浼。

門徒聞之、多曰『此語亦已甚矣！其誰能聽之？』

天神相伯仲、冠冕獨堂皇；統轄受造物、樂此無盡藏。』是知天主已將天地萬有、交其掌管、而絕無例外也。惟此事至今尚未實現；

汝本人務宜以身作則、孳孳為善。講道時、更宜正心誠意、態度莊重、言語純潔、無可指摘、如此則反對之人、將以吾人無懈可擊、而自慚矣。
