結果眾人看見聾啞的說話，殘疾的康復，瘸腿的行走，瞎眼的看見，都感到驚奇，就榮耀以色列的神。

The people were amazed. Those who could not speak were speaking. The disabled were made well. Those not able to walk were walking. Those who were blind could see. So the people praised the God of Israel.

So the crowd was astonished as they saw those who were unable to speak talking, those with impaired limbs restored, those who were limping walking around, and those who were blind seeing; and they glorified the God of Israel.

In Lystra there sat a man who was lame. He had been that way from birth and had never walked.He listened to Paul as he was speaking. Paul looked directly at him, saw that he had faith to be healedand called out,“ Stand up on your feet!” At that, the man jumped up and began to walk.

People were overwhelmed with amazement.“ He has done everything well,” they said.“ He even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak.”

Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus, praising God. When all the people saw it, they also praised God.

There he set up an altar and called it El Elohe Israel.

A second time they summoned the man who had been blind.“ Give glory to God by telling the truth,” they said.“ We know this man is a sinner.”

He got up, took his mat and walked out in full view of them all. This amazed everyone and they praised God, saying,“ We have never seen anything like this!”

Now a man who was lame from birth was being carried to the temple gate called Beautiful, where he was put every day to beg from those going into the temple courts.When he saw Peter and John about to enter, he asked them for money.Peter looked straight at him, as did John. Then Peter said,“ Look at us!”So the man gave them his attention, expecting to get something from them.Then Peter said,“ Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.”Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly the man’s feet and ankles became strong.He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God.When all the people saw him walking and praising God,they recognized him as the same man who used to sit begging at the temple gate called Beautiful, and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.While the man held on to Peter and John, all the people were astonished and came running to them in the place called Solomon’s Colonnade.

and call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”

One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice.He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him— and he was a Samaritan.Jesus asked,“ Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine?Has no one returned to give praise to God except this foreigner?”

The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them.

Those who sacrifice thank offerings honor me, and to the blameless I will show my salvation.”

They were all filled with awe and praised God.“ A great prophet has appeared among us,” they said.“ God has come to help his people.”
