那地方有个迦南的妇人前来大声恳求耶稣：“主啊！大卫的后裔啊！可怜我吧！我的女儿被鬼附身，受尽折磨！”

有一个迦南的妇人从那地区出来，喊着说：“主啊，大卫的子孙，可怜我吧！我的女儿被鬼附得很苦。”

这时候，忽然来了一个住在那地区的迦南妇人，她呼叫说：“主啊，大卫的后裔，可怜我吧！我的女儿有鬼魔附身，痛苦万分。”

那地方有個迦南的婦人前來大聲懇求耶穌：「主啊！大衛的後裔啊！可憐我吧！我的女兒被鬼附身，受盡折磨！」

有一個迦南的婦人從那地區出來，喊著說：“主啊，大衛的子孫，可憐我吧！我的女兒被鬼附得很苦。”

忽有一個迦南婦人從那境內出來，嚷着說：『主啊，大衛的子孫哪，可憐我；我女兒被鬼附得很苦呢。』

這時候，忽然來了一個住在那地區的迦南婦人，她呼叫說：「主啊，大衛的後裔，可憐我吧！我的女兒有鬼魔附身，痛苦萬分。」

其地有迦南婦、來呼曰、主、大闢之裔、矜恤我、我女患鬼、苦甚、

有一迦南婦、由其地出、大聲呼曰、主、大衛之裔、矜憐我、我女患魔苦甚、

有迦南婦人來自彼域、大呼曰：『主、大維子、其垂憐焉。吾女為魔所祟、苦甚』

A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out,“ Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon- possessed and suffering terribly.”

A woman from Canaan lived near Tyre and Sidon. She came to him and cried out,“ Lord! Son of David! Have mercy on me! A demon controls my daughter. She is suffering terribly.”

And behold, a Canaanite woman from that region came out and was crying,“ Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David; my daughter is severely oppressed by a demon.”

A Gentile woman who lived there came to him, pleading,“ Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! For my daughter is possessed by a demon that torments her severely.”

Just then a Canaanite woman from that region came and kept crying out,“ Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely tormented by a demon.”

And a Canaanite woman from that region came out and began to cry out, saying,“ Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David; my daughter is severely demon possessed.”

And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him, saying,“ Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed.”

And behold, a Canaanitish woman came out from those borders, and cried, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a demon.

Just then a Canaanite woman from that region came and kept crying out,“ Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter is cruelly tormented by a demon.”

And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord,[ thou] Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.

A Canaanite woman from that area came and cried out,“ Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter is horribly demon- possessed!”

Behold, a Canaanite woman came out from those borders, and cried, saying,“ Have mercy on me, Lord, you son of David! My daughter is severely possessed by a demon!”

As Jesus went on from there, two blind men followed him, calling out,“ Have mercy on us, Son of David!” (niv)

“ Lord, have mercy on my son,” he said.“ He has seizures and is suffering greatly. He often falls into the fire or into the water. (niv)

He called out,“ Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”Those who led the way rebuked him and told him to be quiet, but he shouted all the more,“ Son of David, have mercy on me!” (niv)

In fact, as soon as she heard about him, a woman whose little daughter was possessed by an impure spirit came and fell at his feet.The woman was a Greek, born in Syrian Phoenicia. She begged Jesus to drive the demon out of her daughter. (niv)

“ What do you think about the Messiah? Whose son is he?”“ The son of David,” they replied.He said to them,“ How is it then that David, speaking by the Spirit, calls him‘ Lord’? For he says,“‘ The Lord said to my Lord:“ Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet.”’If then David calls him‘ Lord,’ how can he be his son?” (niv)

A man in the crowd answered,“ Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit that has robbed him of speech.Whenever it seizes him, it throws him to the ground. He foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not.”“ You unbelieving generation,” Jesus replied,“ how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me.”So they brought him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into a convulsion. He fell to the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth.Jesus asked the boy’s father,“ How long has he been like this?”“ From childhood,” he answered.“ It has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him. But if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us.” (niv)

The city of Tyre will come with a gift, people of wealth will seek your favor. (niv)

and called out in a loud voice,“ Jesus, Master, have pity on us!” (niv)

Others said,“ He is the Messiah.” Still others asked,“ How can the Messiah come from Galilee?Does not Scripture say that the Messiah will come from David’s descendants and from Bethlehem, the town where David lived?” (niv)

Answer me when I call to you, my righteous God. Give me relief from my distress; have mercy on me and hear my prayer. (niv)

Have mercy on me, Lord, for I am faint; heal me, Lord, for my bones are in agony. (niv)

News about him spread all over Syria, and people brought to him all who were ill with various diseases, those suffering severe pain, the demon-possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed; and he healed them. (niv)

Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted,“ Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”The crowd rebuked them and told them to be quiet, but they shouted all the louder,“ Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!” (niv)

not to many peoples of obscure speech and strange language, whose words you cannot understand. Surely if I had sent you to them, they would have listened to you. (niv)

Produce fruit in keeping with repentance.And do not think you can say to yourselves,‘ We have Abraham as our father.’ I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham. (niv)
