凡不我棄者、福矣、

蓋自證先知在故土不見尊也、

又曰、我誠語汝、未有先知見重於故土者、

爾曹強項、心與耳未受割者、恆逆聖神、爾祖所行、爾亦行之、先知中、不為爾祖窘逐者誰乎、且殺預言義者將至之人、此義者爾今賣而殺之矣、

但我儕宣釘十架之基督、於猶太人則為礙、於異邦人則為愚、惟於奉召者、無論猶太希利尼、則基督為上帝之能、上帝之智、蓋上帝之愚、智於人、上帝之弱、強於人、○兄弟乎、試觀爾曹奉召、依形軀為智為能為貴者無多也、乃上帝選世之愚者、以愧智者、選世之弱者、以愧強者、且選世之卑賤者、輕忽者、與夫無者以廢有者、

凡不我棄者福矣、○

曰、此非約瑟之子耶穌乎、其父母乃我所識者、今何言自天而降耶、

西面祝之、謂其母馬利亞曰、此子之立、致以色列多人興衰、亦為受誹之兆、且劍將刺爾心、俾多人之意念顯著、○

彼將為聖所、惟於以色列二家為躓石、為礙磐、於耶路撒冷居民為網羅、為機檻、

曾語以色列眾子曰、上帝將於爾兄弟中、挺生先知若我者、即此摩西也、斯人嘗於曠野之會中、與在西乃山語之之天使、及我列祖偕在焉、且受維生之詔、以授我儕、我列祖弗順而拒之、意欲返埃及、

摩西固曰、主上帝將於爾兄弟中、為爾挺生先知若我、凡其所語爾者、爾宜聽之、凡不聽此先知者、必盡滅於民中、且諸先知、

耶穌之名既彰、希律王聞之曰、施洗約翰自死而起、故此異能運行於彼焉、

以色列之聖者耶和華、救贖以色列者、謂世人所藐視、此邦所憎惡、官長所奴隸者曰、列王必見而興起、牧伯必進而崇拜、因選爾之以色列聖者、信實之耶和華故也、

此非木工乎、非馬利亞之子、雅各約西猶大西門之昆弟乎、其姊妹非與我儕比鄰乎、遂厭棄之、

彼被藐視、為人厭棄、素歷困苦、洞悉病患、猶人掩面所不欲睹、而鄙夷者、我儕不重視之、○
