Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me.

Whoever does not pick up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me.

And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.

If you refuse to take up your cross and follow me, you are not worthy of being mine.

And whoever doesn’t take up his cross and follow me is not worthy of me.

And the one who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.

And he that doth not take his cross and follow after me, is not worthy of me.

Then Jesus said to his disciples,“ Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.

Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said:“ Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.

Then he said to them all:“ Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will save it.

Carrying his own cross, he went out to the place of the Skull( which in Aramaic is called Golgotha).

As they were going out, they met a man from Cyrene, named Simon, and they forced him to carry the cross.

Jesus looked at him and loved him.“ One thing you lack,” he said.“ Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”
