蓋天主公平之睿斷、於此已見端倪。正惟爾等為天主之國受苦、是天主以爾等為克承其國也。故今之加爾以困辱者、天主亦將報之以困辱；爾今遭受困辱、天主必賜爾於主耶穌自天顯示之日、與吾儕同受康寧；公義所在、有不得不然者焉。主之臨也、將有無數大能天神衛之、於烈燄中行施報應。凡不識天主、不願服膺吾主耶穌基督之福音者、皆將受刑、必至永遠沉淪、自絕於主之聖顏及其威光。主臨之日、一切諸聖、皆當映其光輝、凡信之者、皆當彰其大德；是乃吾等之所傳、而爾等之所信也。

予一心以其聖子之福音、昭事天主；每於祈禱時、緬懷爾等、不能自已；

外間頗有人嘖嘖稱道吾儕如何獲爾之心、爾等如何拋棄偶像、歸依聖教、兢兢業業、奉事永生真實之天主、

隨葆樂後而呼曰：『是為至尊天主之僕、以拯救之道授爾眾。』
