要知道，從日出之地到日落之處，我的名在列國中為大；在各處都必有人為我的名獻香、獻潔淨的供物，因為我的名在列國中為大。」這是萬軍之耶和華說的。

萬有之主耶和華曰、自日出之所、至日入之鄉、列邦之人、將尊我名、隨在焚香、奉獻祭品、惟潔是務、我之聲名、必為列邦之人所尊焉、

萬有之主曰、自日出之所、至日入之處、列邦之人、將將或作皆尊我名為大、各處人將將或作皆為我名為我名或作奉我名焚香、獻清潔之祭品、蓋我名在列邦中、將將或作見尊為大、

But my name is honored by people of other nations from morning till night. All around the world they offer sweet incense and pure offerings in honor of my name. For my name is great among the nations,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.

“ My name will be great among the nations, from the rising of the sun to its setting. Incense and pure offerings will be presented in my name in every place because my name will be great among the nations,” says the LORD of Armies.

For from the rising of the sun even to its setting, My name shall be great among the nations, and in every place frankincense is going to be offered to My name, and a grain offering that is pure; for My name shall be great among the nations,” says the Lord of armies.

I will perform a mighty act among them and then send some of those who remain to the nations– to Tarshish, Pul, Lud( known for its archers), Tubal, Javan, and to the distant coastlands that have not heard about me or seen my splendor. They will tell the nations of my splendor.They will bring back all your countrymen from all the nations as an offering to the LORD. They will bring them on horses, in chariots, in wagons, on mules, and on camels to my holy hill Jerusalem,” says the LORD,“ just as the Israelites bring offerings to the LORD’s temple in ritually pure containers.

I do this so people will recognize from east to west that there is no God but me; I am the LORD, I have no peer.

For your husband is the one who made you– the LORD who commands armies is his name. He is your protector, the Holy One of Israel. He is called“ God of the entire earth.”

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,

They lift their voices and shout joyfully; they praise the majesty of the LORD in the west.So in the east extol the LORD, along the seacoasts extol the fame of the LORD God of Israel.From the ends of the earth we hear songs– the Just One is majestic. But I say,“ I’m wasting away! I’m wasting away! I’m doomed! Deceivers deceive, deceivers thoroughly deceive!”

So I want the men to pray in every place, lifting up holy hands without anger or dispute.

he says,“ Is it too insignificant a task for you to be my servant, to reestablish the tribes of Jacob, and restore the remnant of Israel? I will make you a light to the nations, so you can bring my deliverance to the remote regions of the earth.”This is what the LORD, the protector of Israel, their Holy One, says to the one who is despised and rejected by nations, a servant of rulers:“ Kings will see and rise in respect, princes will bow down, because of the faithful LORD, the Holy One of Israel who has chosen you.”

“ Shout for joy, O barren one who has not given birth! Give a joyful shout and cry out, you who have not been in labor! For the children of the desolate one are more numerous than the children of the married woman,” says the LORD.Make your tent larger, stretch your tent curtains farther out! Spare no effort, lengthen your ropes, and pound your stakes deep.For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your children will conquer nations and will resettle desolate cities.

Sing to the LORD a brand new song! Praise him from the horizon of the earth, you who go down to the sea, and everything that lives in it, you coastlands and those who live there!Let the desert and its cities shout out, the towns where the nomads of Kedar live! Let the residents of Sela shout joyfully; let them shout loudly from the mountaintops.Let them give the LORD the honor he deserves; let them praise his deeds in the coastlands.

so that the rest of humanity may seek the Lord, namely, all the Gentiles I have called to be my own,’ says the Lord, who makes these thingsknown from long ago.

Know for sure that I will then enable the nations to give me acceptable praise. All of them will invoke the LORD’s name when they pray, and will worship him in unison.

Another angel holding a golden censer came and was stationed at the altar. A large amount of incense was given to him to offer up, with the prayers of all the saints, on the golden altar that is before the throne.The smoke coming from the incense, along with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God from the angel’s hand.

El, God, the LORD speaks, and summons the earth to come from the east and west.

and when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty- four elders threw themselves to the ground before the Lamb. Each of them had a harp and golden bowls full of incense( which are the prayers of the saints).

Who will not fear you, O Lord, and glorify your name, because you alone are holy? All nations will come and worship before you for your righteous acts have been revealed.”

Turn to me so you can be delivered, all you who live in the earth’s remote regions! For I am God, and I have no peer.I solemnly make this oath– what I say is true and reliable:‘ Surely every knee will bow to me, every tongue will solemnly affirm;

Jesus said to her,“ Believe me, woman, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem.You people worship what you do not know. We worship what we know, because salvation is from the Jews.But a time is coming– and now is here– when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father seeks such people to be his worshipers.

to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles. I serve the gospel of God like a priest, so that the Gentiles may become an acceptable offering, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

“ There will be harsh condemnation for the hypocrite who has a valuable male animal in his flock but vows and sacrifices something inferior to the Lord. For I am a great king,” says the LORD who rules over all,“ and my name is awesome among the nations.”

In the west, people respect the LORD’s reputation; in the east they recognize his splendor. For he comes like a rushing stream driven on by wind sent from the LORD.

This is what the sovereign LORD says:“ Look I will raise my hand to the nations; I will raise my signal flag to the peoples. They will bring your sons in their arms and carry your daughters on their shoulders.Kings will be your children’s guardians; their princesses will nurse your children. With their faces to the ground they will bow down to you and they will lick the dirt on your feet. Then you will recognize that I am the LORD; those who wait patiently for me are not put to shame.

Let all the people of the earth acknowledge the LORD and turn to him! Let all the nations worship you!For the LORD is king and rules over the nations.All of the thriving people of the earth will join the celebration and worship; all those who are descending into the grave will bow before him, including those who cannot preserve their lives.A whole generation will serve him; they will tell the next generation about the sovereign Lord.They will come and tell about his saving deeds; they will tell a future generation what he has accomplished.

Therefore I exhort you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a sacrifice– alive, holy, and pleasing to God– which is your reasonable service.

Cornelius replied,“ Four days ago at this very hour, at three o’clock in the afternoon, I was praying in my house, and suddenly a man in shining clothing stood before meand said,‘ Cornelius, your prayer has been heard and your acts of charity have been remembered before God.Therefore send to Joppa and summon Simon, who is called Peter. This man is staying as a guest in the house of Simon the tanner, by the sea.’Therefore I sent for you at once, and you were kind enough to come. So now we are all here in the presence of God to listen to everything the Lord has commanded you to say to us.”Then Peter started speaking:“ I now truly understand that God does not show favoritism in dealing with people,but in every nation the person who fears him and does what is right is welcomed before him.

“ Arise! Shine! For your light arrives! The splendor of the LORD shines on you!For, look, darkness covers the earth and deep darkness covers the nations, but the LORD shines on you; his splendor appears over you.Nations come to your light, kings to your bright light.Look all around you! They all gather and come to you– your sons come from far away and your daughters are escorted by guardians.Then you will look and smile, you will be excited and your heart will swell with pride. For the riches of distant lands will belong to you and the wealth of nations will come to you.Camel caravans will cover your roads, young camels from Midian and Ephah. All the merchants of Sheba will come, bringing gold and incense and singing praises to the LORD.All the sheep of Kedar will be gathered to you; the rams of Nebaioth will be available to you as sacrifices. They will go up on my altar acceptably, and I will bestow honor on my majestic temple.Who are these who float along like a cloud, who fly like doves to their shelters?Indeed, the coastlands look eagerly for me, the large ships are in the lead, bringing your sons from far away, along with their silver and gold, to honor the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, for he has bestowed honor on you.Foreigners will rebuild your walls; their kings will serve you. Even though I struck you down in my anger, I will restore my favor and have compassion on you.Your gates will remain open at all times; they will not be shut during the day or at night, so that the wealth of nations may be delivered, with their kings leading the way.

May you accept my prayer like incense, my uplifted hands like the evening offering!

The LORD will terrify them, for he will weaken all the gods of the earth. All the distant nations will worship the LORD in their own lands.

He will assume his post and shepherd the people by the LORD’s strength, by the sovereign authority of the LORD his God. They will live securely, for at that time he will be honored even in the distant regions of the earth.

They will no longer injure or destroy on my entire royal mountain. For there will be universal submission to the LORD’s sovereignty, just as the waters completely cover the sea.At that time a root from Jesse will stand like a signal flag for the nations. Nations will look to him for guidance, and his residence will be majestic.

Sing to the LORD a new song, for he performs amazing deeds! His right hand and his mighty arm accomplish deliverance.The LORD demonstrates his power to deliver; in the sight of the nations he reveals his justice.He remains loyal and faithful to the family of Israel. All the ends of the earth see our God deliver us.

The LORD who rules over all says,‘ It will someday come to pass that people– residents of many cities– will come.The inhabitants of one will go to another and say,“ Let’s go up at once to ask the favor of the LORD, to seek the LORD who rules over all. Indeed, I’ll go with you.”’Many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the LORD who rules over all and to ask his favor.The LORD who rules over all says,‘ In those days ten people from all languages and nations will grasp hold of– indeed, grab– the robe of one Jew and say,“ Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.”’”

Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven saying:“ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign for ever and ever.”

So pray this way: Our Father in heaven, may your name be honored,may your kingdom come, may your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

For I have received everything, and I have plenty. I have all I need because I received from Epaphroditus what you sent– a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, very pleasing to God.

“ The LORD who rules over all asserts,‘ I am about to save my people from the lands of the east and the west.

Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, acknowledging his name.And do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for God is pleased with such sacrifices.

As a result they will conquer those left in Edom and all the nations subject to my rule.” The LORD, who is about to do this, is speaking!

Then those living on earth will know what you are like; all nations will know how you deliver your people.

You will drink the milk of nations; you will nurse at the breasts of kings. Then you will recognize that I, the LORD, am your deliverer, your protector, the powerful ruler of Jacob.Instead of bronze, I will bring you gold, instead of iron, I will bring you silver, instead of wood, I will bring you bronze, instead of stones, I will bring you iron. I will make prosperity your overseer, and vindication your sovereign ruler.Sounds of violence will no longer be heard in your land, or the sounds of destruction and devastation within your borders. You will name your walls,‘ Deliverance,’ and your gates,‘ Praise.’The sun will no longer supply light for you by day, nor will the moon’s brightness shine on you; the LORD will be your permanent source of light– the splendor of your God will shine upon you.Your sun will no longer set; your moon will not disappear; the LORD will be your permanent source of light; your time of sorrow will be over.All of your people will be godly; they will possess the land permanently. I will plant them like a shoot; they will be the product of my labor, through whom I reveal my splendor.The least of you will multiply into a thousand; the smallest of you will become a large nation. When the right time comes, I the LORD will quickly do this!”

All kings will bow down to him; all nations will serve him.For he will rescue the needy when they cry out for help, and the oppressed who have no defender.He will take pity on the poor and needy; the lives of the needy he will save.From harm and violence he will defend them; he will value their lives.May he live! May they offer him gold from Sheba! May they continually pray for him! May they pronounce blessings on him all day long!May there be an abundance of grain in the earth; on the tops of the mountains may it sway! May its fruit trees flourish like the forests of Lebanon! May its crops be as abundant as the grass of the earth!May his fame endure! May his dynasty last as long as the sun remains in the sky! May they use his name when they formulate their blessings! May all nations consider him to be favored by God!

and thus the Gentiles glorify God for his mercy. As it is written,“ Because of this I will confess you among the Gentiles, and I will sing praises to your name.”And again it says:“ Rejoice, O Gentiles, with his people.”And again,“ Praise the Lord all you Gentiles, and let all the peoples praise him.”

Now the whole crowd of people were praying outside at the hour of the incense offering.

From east to west the LORD’s name is deserving of praise.
