Jesus said to him,“ Don’t forbid him, for he who is not against us is for us.”

耶穌曰、勿禁之、蓋不敵爾者、即向爾者也、○

耶穌曰：『毋禁！蓋不與爾相敵者、即附爾者也。』

“ Do not stop him,” Jesus said,“ for whoever is not against you is for you.”

But Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against you is for you.

“ Don’t stop him,” Jesus told him,“ because whoever is not against you is for you.”

And Jesus said unto him, Forbid[ him] not: for he that is not against us is for us.

But Jesus said to him,“ Do not stop him, for whoever is not against you is for you.”

“ He that is not with me is against me. He who doesn’t gather with me scatters.

“ He who is not with me is against me, and he who doesn’t gather with me, scatters.

Some indeed preach Christ even out of envy and strife, and some also out of good will.The former insincerely preach Christ from selfish ambition, thinking that they add affliction to my chains;but the latter out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the Good News.What does it matter? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed. I rejoice in this, yes, and will rejoice.

Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding.In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

No servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to one, and despise the other. You aren’t able to serve God and Mammon.”

“ He said to them,‘ An enemy has done this.’“ The servants asked him,‘ Do you want us to go and gather them up?’“ But he said,‘ No, lest perhaps while you gather up the darnel weeds, you root up the wheat with them.Let both grow together until the harvest, and in the harvest time I will tell the reapers,“ First, gather up the darnel weeds, and bind them in bundles to burn them; but gather the wheat into my barn.”’”

Peter said to him,“ From strangers.” Jesus said to him,“ Therefore the children are exempt.

Therefore I make known to you that no man speaking by God’s Spirit says,“ Jesus is accursed.” No one can say,“ Jesus is Lord,” but by the Holy Spirit.

For whoever will give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because you are Christ’s, most certainly I tell you, he will in no way lose his reward.

The men sampled their provisions, and didn’t ask counsel from Yahweh’s mouth.

When they had come to Capernaum, those who collected the didrachma coins came to Peter, and said,“ Doesn’t your teacher pay the didrachma?”
