众人都惊奇神的大能。众人还在希奇耶稣所作的这一切时，他对门徒说：“你们要把这些话存在心里：人子将要被交在人的手里。”门徒不明白这话，因为这话的意思是隐藏的，不让他们明白，他们也不敢问。

他们从那里出去，经过加利利，耶稣不想让人知道，因为他正在教导门徒。他又对他们说：“人子将要被交在人的手里，他们要杀害他，死后三天他要复活。”门徒不明白这话，又不敢问他。

他们一认出他就是那平时坐在圣殿美门口讨饭的，就因他所经历的事，满心希奇，惊讶不已。那人拉着彼得和约翰的时候，群众都很惊奇，跑到他们那里，就是所罗门廊的下面。彼得看见了，就对群众说：“以色列人哪，为什么因这事希奇呢？为什么瞪着我们，好像我们是凭着自己的能力和虔诚，使这人行走呢？亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的神，就是我们祖宗的神，荣耀了他的仆人耶稣。这位耶稣，你们把他送交官府。彼拉多本来定意要放他，你们却当着彼拉多的面拒绝他。

他和跟他在一起的人，因这网所打的鱼，都十分惊骇。

我们从前把我们主耶稣基督的大能和降临的事告诉你们，并不是随从巧妙捏造传奇的故事，我们却是亲眼看见过他威荣的人。

众人都惊骇，彼此谈论说：“这是怎么回事？他用权柄能力吩咐污灵，污灵竟出来了。”

耶稣对他们说：“你们的信心在哪里？”他们又惧怕、又希奇，彼此说：“这到底是谁？他吩咐风浪，连风浪也听从他。”

于是上了船，和他们在一起，风就平静了。门徒心里十分惊奇，

他们聚集在加利利的时候，耶稣对门徒说：“人子将要被交在人的手里，

“万军之耶和华这样说：‘在那些日子，这事在这余剩的子民眼中被视为不可能的奇迹，在我眼中也视为不可能吗？’这是万军之耶和华的宣告。

众人都惊奇，颂赞神，并且十分惧怕，说：“我们今天看见了不平常的事。”

我要称谢你，因为我的受造奇妙可畏；你的作为奇妙，这是我深深知道的。
