我在眾聖徒中、雖為至微者、猶蒙天主賜恩、使我於異邦人中、傳基督不可測之富有、且光照眾人、皆知此奧妙何如、即歷世以來、藏於藉耶穌基督有原文抄本無藉耶穌基督句創造萬物之天主心內之奧妙、

約翰乃謂眾曰、我以水施洗於爾、有勝於我者來、即解其履帶、我亦不堪、彼將以聖神及火、施洗於爾、

昔先知預言爾所將得之恩、探索此救道而研究之、基督之神、在先知心中、預言基督受苦後得榮、彼考察神所指者、為何期何時、先知得默示、知所宣之事非為己、乃為我儕、此事賴自天所遣之聖神而傳福音者已告爾、天使亦願詳察此事焉、○

謂門徒曰、凡因我之名接斯孩提者、即接我、接我者、即接遣我者、爾中最小者、將為大也、

爾將為之歡欣喜樂、且多人亦因其生而歡欣、彼在主前將為大、酒與凡醉人者不飲、自母胎而聖神充之、
