But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deluding your own selves.For if any one is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a mirror:for he beholdeth himself, and goeth away, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.But he that looketh into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and so continueth, being not a hearer that forgetteth but a doer that worketh, this man shall be blessed in his doing.

To him therefore that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

to them that by patience in well- doing seek for glory and honor and incorruption, eternal life:but unto them that are factious, and obey not the truth, but obey unrighteousness, shall be wrath and indignation,tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that worketh evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Greek;but glory and honor and peace to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek:

If ye love me, ye will keep my commandments.

and having been made perfect, he became unto all them that obey him the author of eternal salvation;

For whosoever shall do the will of my Father who is in heaven, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.

unto whom coming, a living stone, rejected indeed of men, but with God elect, precious,

He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself unto him.Judas( not Iscariot) saith unto him, Lord, what is come to pass that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my word: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.He that loveth me not keepeth not my words: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s who sent me.

If ye know these things, blessed are ye if ye do them.

If any man cometh unto me, and hateth not his own father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

Blessed are they that wash their robes, that they may have the right to come to the tree of life, and may enter in by the gates into the city.

Incline your ear, and come unto me; hear, and your soul shall live: and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.

If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one also that doeth righteousness is begotten of him.

Even as the Father hath loved me, I also have loved you: abide ye in my love.If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.This is my commandment, that ye love one another, even as I have loved you.Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.Ye are my friends, if ye do the things which I command you.

No man can come to me, except the Father that sent me draw him: and I will raise him up in the last day.It is written in the prophets, And they shall all be taught of God. Every one that hath heard from the Father, and hath learned, cometh unto me.

And other fell into the good ground, and grew, and brought forth fruit a hundredfold. As he said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

While he was yet speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold, a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

He answered them, I told you even now, and ye did not hear; wherefore would ye hear it again? would ye also become his disciples?And they reviled him, and said, Thou art his disciple; but we are disciples of Moses.

All that which the Father giveth me shall come unto me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

Wherefore, brethren, give the more diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never stumble:

and ye will not come to me, that ye may have life.

And those on the rock are they who, when they have heard, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.

Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall not hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

The Jews said unto him, Now we know that thou hast a demon. Abraham died, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my word, he shall never taste of death.
