爾胡為稱我主也、主也、而不行我所言乎、

爾既尊吾為主、顧又不踐吾訓何也？

“ Why do you call me‘ Lord, Lord,’ and don’t do what I tell you?

“ A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If I am a father, then where is my honor? And if I am a master, where is the respect due me? Says Yahweh of Armies to you, priests, who despise my name. You say,‘ How have we despised your name?’

Not everyone who says to me,‘ Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.Many will tell me in that day,‘ Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, in your name cast out demons, and in your name do many mighty works?’Then I will tell them,‘ I never knew you. Depart from me, you who work iniquity.’

When once the master of the house has risen up, and has shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying,‘ Lord, Lord, open to us!’ then he will answer and tell you,‘ I don’t know you or where you come from.’Then you will begin to say,‘ We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets.’He will say,‘ I tell you, I don’t know where you come from. Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity.’

Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.

“ Then they will also answer, saying,‘ Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and didn’t help you?’

You call me,‘ Teacher’ and‘ Lord.’ You say so correctly, for so I am.If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.For I have given you an example, that you should also do as I have done to you.Most certainly I tell you, a servant is not greater than his lord, neither is one who is sent greater than he who sent him.If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.

“ He also who had received the one talent came and said,‘ Lord, I knew you that you are a hard man, reaping where you didn’t sow, and gathering where you didn’t scatter.

Afterward the other virgins also came, saying,‘ Lord, Lord, open to us.’
