他们就把耶稣带了去。耶稣背着自己的十字架出来，到了一个地方，名叫“髑髅地”，希伯来话叫各各他。他们就在那里钉他在十字架上，还有两个人和他一同钉着，一边一个，耶稣在中间。

他们带耶稣到了各各他地方（各各他翻出来，就是髑髅地），拿没药调和的酒给耶稣，他却不受。

说：‘人子必须被交在罪人手里，钉在十字架上，第三日复活。’”

“我必将那施恩叫人恳求的灵，浇灌大卫家和耶路撒冷的居民。他们必仰望我，就是他们所扎的；必为我悲哀，如丧独生子，又为我愁苦，如丧长子。

耶稣这话原是指着自己将要怎样死说的。众人回答说：“我们听见律法上有话说，基督是永存的，你怎么说‘人子必须被举起来’呢？这人子是谁呢？”

他既按着神的定旨先见被交与人，你们就藉着无法之人的手，把他钉在十字架上，杀了。

“你们知道，过两天是逾越节，人子将要被交给人，钉在十字架上。”

犬类围着我，恶党环绕我；他们扎了我的手，我的脚。

既成就了经上指着他所记的一切话，就把他从木头上取下来，放在坟墓里。

基督既为我们受了咒诅，就赎出我们脱离律法的咒诅；因为经上记着：“凡挂在木头上都是被咒诅的。”

所以，耶稣要用自己的血叫百姓成圣，也就在城门外受苦。这样，我们也当出到营外，就了他去，忍受他所受的凌辱。

他被挂在木头上，亲身担当了我们的罪，使我们既然在罪上死，就得以在义上活。因他受的鞭伤，你们便得了医治。

“看哪，我们上耶路撒冷去，人子将要被交给祭司长和文士，他们要定他死罪，交给外邦人。他们要戏弄他，吐唾沫在他脸上，鞭打他，杀害他。过了三天，他要复活。”

他的尸首不可留在木头上过夜，必要当日将他葬埋，免得玷污了耶和华你神所赐你为业之地。因为被挂的人是在神面前受咒诅的。

摩西在旷野怎样举蛇，人子也必照样被举起来，

你们挂在木头上杀害的耶稣，我们祖宗的神已经叫他复活。

这要应验耶稣所说自己将要怎样死的话了。

又交给外邦人，将他戏弄，鞭打，钉在十字架上；第三日他要复活。”
