But he said to Him,“ Lord, I am ready to go with You, both to prison and to death.”

But he replied,“ Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death.”

But Simon replied,“ Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death.”

Peter said to him,“ Lord, I am ready to go with you both to prison and to death.”

Peter said,“ Lord, I am ready to go to prison with you, and even to die with you.”

“ Lord,” he told him,“ I’m ready to go with you both to prison and to death.”

But he said to Him,“ Lord, I am ready to go with You both to prison and to death!”

And he said unto him, Lord, with thee I am ready to go both to prison and to death.

“ Lord,” he told Him,“ I’m ready to go with You both to prison and to death!”

And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.

But Peter said to him,“ Lord, I am ready to go with you both to prison and to death!”

He said to him,“ Lord, I am ready to go with you both to prison and to death!”

Peter said to Him,“ Even if all are made to stumble, yet I will not be.”

But he spoke more vehemently,“ If I have to die with You, I will not deny You!” And they all said likewise.

Peter answered and said to Him,“ Even if all are made to stumble because of You, I will never be made to stumble.”Jesus said to him,“ Assuredly, I say to you that this night, before the rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.”Peter said to Him,“ Even if I have to die with You, I will not deny You!” And so said all the disciples.

except that the Holy Spirit testifies in every city, saying that chains and tribulations await me.But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

Then Paul answered,“ What do you mean by weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.”

But Jesus answered and said,“ You do not know what you ask. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?” They said to Him,“ We are able.”

“ The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?

Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter,“ What! Could you not watch with Me one hour?Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

And Hazael said,“ Why is my Lord weeping?” He answered,“ Because I know the evil that you will do to the children of Israel: Their strongholds you will set on fire, and their young men you will kill with the sword; and you will dash their children, and rip open their women with child.”So Hazael said,“ But what is your servant— a dog, that he should do this gross thing?” And Elisha answered,“ The Lord has shown me that you will become king over Syria.”

Simon Peter said to Him,“ Lord, where are You going?” Jesus answered him,“ Where I am going you cannot follow Me now, but you shall follow Me afterward.”Peter said to Him,“ Lord, why can I not follow You now? I will lay down my life for Your sake.”

O Lord, I know the way of man is not in himself; It is not in man who walks to direct his own steps.

He who trusts in his own heart is a fool, But whoever walks wisely will be delivered.
