餐後取杯亦然、曰、此杯乃新約、在於我血、每飲時、行此以憶我、

若爾、因爾盟約之血、我將釋爾俘囚、出於眢井、

摩西以血灑民曰、此血係乎盟約、即耶和華依此詞、與爾所立者、○

願平康之上帝、曾以永約之血、使羣羊之大牧、我主耶穌、自死復生、

斯乃我血、即盟約之血、為眾而流、以赦罪者也、

使我克供新約之役、非恃文、乃恃靈、蓋文致死、靈致生也、

既死則遺命堅矣、命之者尚在、遺命有庸乎、

且有新約中保耶穌、與所灑之血、此血所言、較亞伯為尤善、

今耶穌得更美之執事、以其為中保於愈善之約、乃於愈善之許而立者、倘前約無缺、則無庸立後約矣、惟視其有缺、則曰、主云、日將至矣、我與以色列家、及猶大家必立新約、非依我與其先祖所立之約、即在援其手導之出埃及時者、主云、彼不恆守我約、故我弗眷顧之、又云、斯日之後我與以色列家所立之約、乃以我律置其衷銘其心、我於彼為上帝、彼於我為民、勿須各訓其鄰里及其兄弟云、宜識主、蓋自卑至尊、皆必識我、以我將寬恕其不義、不復記其罪愆、約既曰新、則以前者為舊、夫舊而漸衰者、殆近於消滅矣、

我所祝之杯、非與基督之血乎、我所擘之餅、非與基督之身乎、蓋我眾乃一餅一體、因皆共此一餅也、試觀依形軀之以色列人、食祭物者、非與於祭壇乎、然則何謂耶、言祭像之物為足稱乎、抑像為足稱乎、乃謂異邦所祭者祭鬼耳、非上帝也、我不欲爾與於鬼也、爾不能飲主杯、兼飲鬼杯、不能與主席、兼與鬼席、

是以彼為新約之中保、以死而贖前約下之罪愆、俾蒙召者得永業之許、

耶和華曰、時日將至、我與以色列家、及猶大家、必立新約、
