必至而滅此農夫、以園託他人矣、聞者、曰不願有此、

必來翦滅園夫、以園租與他人、聞者曰、願無此事、

其必來殲滅園戶、而將厥園授於他人也。』眾聞言曰：『幸勿至此。』

He will come and kill those tenants and give the vineyard to others.” When the people heard this, they said,“ God forbid!”

保羅和巴拿巴毫不畏懼地說：「上帝的道本該先傳給你們，你們既然拒絕接受，認為自己不配得永生，我們現在就把這道傳給外族人。

耶和華啊，你的手必尋索你的敵人，你用右手搜出所有恨你的人。你一出現，他們便像身在火爐中，你在烈怒中吞滅他們，你的烈火燒滅他們。你必從世上剷除他們的子孫，從人間滅絕他們的後裔。

王大怒，派軍隊去剿滅凶手，燒毀他們的城。

你向我祈求，我必把列國賜給你作產業，讓天下都歸你所有。你要用鐵杖統治他們，把他們像陶器一般打碎。』」

今天，我們淪為奴隸，在你賜給我們祖先的土地上，在你讓我們祖先享用其出產和各樣美物的土地上，我們淪為奴隸。因為我們的罪過，這地方的豐富出產都歸給了那些你派來統管我們的王。他們隨意統管我們和我們的牲畜。我們生活在極大的苦難中。
