蓋上帝濟救萬人之恩已顯、教我儕棄絕不虔、與世俗之慾、而以貞正、公義、敬虔、度生於今世、仰慕有福之望、及皇矣上帝我救者基督耶穌之榮顯著、彼為我儕捐己、贖我出諸不法、且潔其民以為己業、乃熱衷於善行者也、

以利沙伯聞馬利亞問安、胎孕內躍、以利沙伯充於聖神、

爾之上帝曰、爾其慰藉、慰藉我民、

不與斯謀斯事、隸猶太之亞利馬太邑、素慕上帝國者也、

挪亞世紀、其畧如左、彼乃義人、於當世為完人、與上帝偕行、

烏斯地有名約伯者、為人純全端正、寅畏上帝、離棄諸惡、

曰、百夫長哥尼流、義人也、敬畏上帝、為猶太舉國所譽、奉聖使之示、請爾至其家、欲聽爾言、

耶和華曰、我僕約伯、爾留意乎、彼純全端正、寅畏上帝、離棄諸惡、世無其匹、

我之上帝遣其使箝獅口俾不傷我、以我於其前無罪、在王前亦未行不善也、王喜甚、命取但以理出洞、遂取之出、其身毫無所傷、因信賴其上帝也、

我於此自勵、對上帝及世人、常存無虧之良、

人乎、耶和華已示爾何者為善、彼所求於爾者、非惟行公義、好仁慈、謙卑與爾上帝偕行乎、○

摩西曰、爾緣我故、有所嫉乎、願耶和華以神賦於民眾、使之感神而言、

其人敬虔、舉家畏上帝、博施於民、恆於祈禱、

蓋預言非由人意而來、乃感於聖神者、由上帝而言也、

其父撒迦利亞充於聖神預言曰、

耶和華乘雲降臨、與摩西言、以感摩西之神、賦於長老、既已賦之、則感神而言、厥後不復如此、
