耶穌說：「你們現在所見到的，將來有一天要被完全拆毀，找不到兩塊疊在一起的石頭。」

你們在異教徒當中要品行端正。這樣，儘管他們毀謗你們是作惡的人，但看見你們的好行為，也會在主來的日子把榮耀歸給上帝。

耶穌說：「你看見這宏偉的建築了嗎？將來它要被完全拆毀，找不到兩塊疊在一起的石頭。」

耶穌對他們說：「你們看見這殿宇了嗎？我實在告訴你們，將來它要被完全拆毀，在這裡找不到兩塊疊在一起的石頭。」

由於上帝的憐憫，清晨的曙光必從高天普照我們，

「耶路撒冷啊！耶路撒冷啊！你常殺害先知，又用石頭打死派到你那裡的使者。我多次想要招聚你的兒女，像母雞將小雞聚集在翅膀底下，可是你們卻不肯。看啊！你們的家園將一片荒涼。

「耶路撒冷啊，耶路撒冷啊！你常殺害先知，又用石頭打死派到你那裡的使者。我多次想要招聚你的兒女，像母雞將小雞招聚在翅膀底下，可是你們卻不肯。看啊！你們的家園將一片荒涼。我告訴你們，在你們說『奉主名來的當受稱頌』之前，你們再也見不到我了。」

「已經為你的同胞和聖城定了七十個七，以終結叛逆，除掉罪惡，贖盡過犯，帶來永遠的公義，封住異象和預言，膏抹至聖所。

「主——以色列的上帝當受稱頌，因祂眷顧、救贖了自己的子民，

耶路撒冷罪大惡極，淪為污穢之物。從前尊重她的人看見她赤身裸體，就蔑視她。她只能哀歎、退避。

說：「今天你若知道那能帶給你平安的事就好了！可惜這事現在是隱藏的，你看不見！

那抓住你的嬰孩摔在石頭上的人有福了！

我必把以色列人從我賜給他們的土地上剷除，並離棄我為自己的名而使之聖潔的這殿，使以色列人在萬民中成為笑柄，被人嘲諷。這殿雖然宏偉，但將來經過的人必驚訝，譏笑說，『耶和華為什麼這樣對待這地方和這殿呢？』

所以，因你們的緣故，錫安必像田地被耕犁，耶路撒冷必淪為廢墟，聖殿山必成為荒林之岡。

信祂的人不會被定罪，不信的人已經被定罪，因為他們不信上帝獨一的兒子。光來到世上，世人因為自己的行為邪惡而不愛光，反愛黑暗，這就是他們被定罪的原因。作惡的人恨光，不肯接近光，恐怕他們的罪行暴露出來。但遵行真理的人喜歡接近光，好顯明他所做的是靠上帝做的。」
