耶穌回答說：「我告訴你們：這些人如果不做聲，石頭都會呼喊起來！」

曰、我語汝、此輩若緘默、諸石將呼矣、○

答曰、我告爾、若此眾緘默、石將發聲而呼、

耶穌應曰：『予實語爾、彼即噤口、石亦鳴矣。』

“ I tell you,” he replied,“ if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.”

He answered,“ I tell you, if these were silent, the very stones would cry out.”

He replied,“ If they kept quiet, the stones along the road would burst into cheers!”

Jesus replied,“ I tell you, if these stop speaking, the stones will cry out!”

But He answered and said to them,“ I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.”

And he answered and said, I tell you that, if these shall hold their peace, the stones will cry out.

And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.

He answered,“ I tell you, if they keep silent, the very stones will cry out!”

He answered them,“ I tell you that if these were silent, the stones would cry out.”

For the stones will cry out from the wall, and the rafters will answer them from the woodwork.

You will indeed go out with joy and be peacefully guided; the mountains and the hills will break into singing before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.

And don’t presume to say to yourselves,‘ We have Abraham as our father.’ For I tell you that God is able to raise up children for Abraham from these stones!

Let the heavens be glad and the earth rejoice; let the sea and all that fills it resound.

When the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonders that He did and the children shouting in the temple complex,“ Hosanna to the Son of David!” they were indignantand said to Him,“ Do You hear what these children are saying?”“ Yes,” Jesus told them.“ Have you never read: You have prepared praise from the mouths of children and nursing infants?”

Let the sea and all that fills it, the world and those who live in it, resound.Let the rivers clap their hands; let the mountains shout together for joybefore the Lord, for He is coming to judge the earth. He will judge the world righteously and the peoples fairly.

Suddenly, the curtain of the sanctuary was split in two from top to bottom; the earth quaked and the rocks were split.The tombs were also opened and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised.And they came out of the tombs after His resurrection, entered the holy city, and appeared to many.When the centurion and those with him, who were guarding Jesus, saw the earthquake and the things that had happened, they were terrified and said,“ This man really was God’s Son!”

When Israel came out of Egypt— the house of Jacob from a people who spoke a foreign language—Judah became His sanctuary, Israel, His dominion.The sea looked and fled; the Jordan turned back.The mountains skipped like rams, the hills, like lambs.Why was it, sea, that you fled? Jordan, that you turned back?Mountains, that you skipped like rams? Hills, like lambs?Tremble, earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob,who turned the rock into a pool of water, the flint into a spring of water.

and if He reduced the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to ashes and condemned them to ruin, making them an example to those who were going to be ungodly;
