我告诉你们，他要快快地给他们伸冤。然而人子来的时候，在世上找得到这种信心吗？”

我告诉你们，祂必很快为他们申冤。不过当人子来的时候，在世上找得到有信心的人吗？”

我告诉你们：他会很快地给他们主持公道。不过人子回来的时候，难道在地上能找到这样的信仰吗？”

我語汝、必速伸之矣、雖然、人子至、將見信於世乎、○

吾語汝、冤之伸也忽焉、人子至、詎見信於世乎、○

我告爾、必速伸其冤矣、但人子臨時、豈見世有信德乎、○

予實語爾、天主必迅予昭雪矣。雖然、人子重臨之日、猶能見篤信之德、存於人世否乎？』

I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”

I tell you, God will see that things are made right for them. He will make sure it happens quickly. But when the Son of Man comes, will he find people on earth who have faith?”

I tell you, he will give justice to them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?”

I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?”

又应该坚持我们所宣认的盼望，毫不动摇，因为那应许我们的是信实的。我们又应该彼此关心，激发爱心，勉励行善。我们不可放弃聚会，好像有些人的习惯一样；却要互相劝勉。你们既然知道那日子临近，就更应该这样。如果我们领受了真理的知识以后，还是故意犯罪，就再没有留下赎罪的祭品了；

那时人要把你们送去受苦，也要杀害你们，你们要因我的名被万民恨恶。那时许多人会失去信仰，彼此出卖，互相恨恶；也有许多假先知出现，要迷惑许多人。因为不法的事增加，许多人的爱心就冷淡了。唯有坚忍到底的，必然得救。

挪亚的时代怎样，人子的时代也是怎样。当时人们吃喝嫁娶，直到挪亚进入方舟的那一天，洪水来了，把他们全都灭掉。在罗得的时代也是这样，人们吃喝买卖，耕种建造，直到罗得离开所多玛的那一天，火与硫磺从天上降下来，把他们全都灭掉。人子显现的日子也是这样。

他们因为有贪心，就用捏造的话，想在你们身上图利；惩罚他们的，自古以来就没有松懈；毁灭他们的，也不会打盹。

亲爱的，这一件事你们不可忘记：在主看来，一日如千年，千年如一日。主决不耽延他的应许，像有些人以为他是耽延的一样；其实他是宽容你们，不愿有一人灭亡，却愿人人都悔改。

耶和华啊！求你快快应允我，我的心灵已经衰竭，求你不要向我掩面，免得我像那些下坑的人一样。求你使我清晨得闻你的慈爱，因为我倚靠你。求你指示我当走的路，因为我的心仰望你。耶和华啊！求你救我脱离我的仇敌，我往你那里藏身。

弟兄们，论到时候和日期，不用写什么给你们了。因为你们自己清楚知道，主的日子来到，就像夜间的贼来到一样。人正在说平安稳妥的时候，毁灭性的灾祸就突然临到他们，好像生产的痛苦临到怀胎的妇人一样，他们绝不能逃脱。

神在城中，城必不动摇；天一亮，神必帮助它。

你们富有的人哪，应当为那将要临到你们的灾祸哭泣哀号。你们的财物朽坏了，你们的衣服给蛀了，你们的金银生锈，这锈要成为控告你们的铁证，又要像火一样吞吃你们的肉。你们竟然在这末后的日子积聚财宝。看哪，工人为你们收割庄稼，你们竟然克扣他们的工资；那工资必为他们呼冤；收割者的呼声，已经达到万军之主的耳中了。你们在世上穷奢极侈，养肥了自己，竟不知屠宰的日子到了。你们把义人定罪杀害，但他并没有反抗。所以，弟兄们，你们应当忍耐，直到主来。看哪，农夫等待着地里宝贵的出产，为它忍耐，直到获得秋霖春雨。你们也应当忍耐，坚定自己的心；因为主再来的日子近了。

因为必有假基督和假先知出现，显大神迹和奇事；如果可以的话，他们连选民也要迷惑。
