And shall not God avenge his elect, that cry to him day and night, and yet he is longsuffering over them?

況上帝選民晝夜呼籲、雖久忍之、豈不伸其冤乎、

上帝選民、晝夜籲禱、其應或遲、豈不終伸其冤乎、

天主之選民、晝夜籲禱天主、其應允或遲、豈不終伸其冤乎、

況在天主、焉能不聽其選民之日夜呼籲、而為之昭雪乎？又焉能漠視其困苦、而久置不理乎？

And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?

God’s chosen people cry out to him day and night. Won’t he make things right for them? Will he keep putting them off?

And will not God give justice to his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over them?

Even he rendered a just decision in the end. So don’t you think God will surely give justice to his chosen people who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?

Will not God grant justice to his elect who cry out to him day and night? Will he delay helping them?

now, will God not bring about justice for His elect who cry out to Him day and night, and will He delay long for them?

And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them?

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some count slackness; but is longsuffering to you- ward, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Jehovah judge between me and thee, and Jehovah avenge me of thee; but my hand shall not be upon thee.As saith the proverb of the ancients, Out of the wicked cometh forth wickedness; but my hand shall not be upon thee.After whom is the king of Israel come out? after whom dost thou pursue? after a dead dog, after a flea.Jehovah therefore be judge, and give sentence between me and thee, and see, and plead my cause, and deliver me out of thy hand.

For the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hasteth toward the end, and shall not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not delay.

And he will judge the world in righteousness, He will minister judgment to the peoples in uprightness.
