回來讚美稱頌上帝的只有這個外族人嗎？」

此異族人之外、未見返而歸榮上帝者、

此異民之外、未見反而歸榮上帝者也、

此異族人外、何未見一人返而歸榮天主者乎、

自此異邦人而外、豈更無其他返而歸榮天主者乎？』

Has no one returned to give praise to God except this foreigner?”

The one who offers thanksgiving as his sacrifice glorifies me; to one who orders his way rightly I will show the salvation of God!”

And he said with a loud voice,“ Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come, and worship him who made heaven and earth, the sea and the springs of water.”

When Jesus heard this, he marveled and said to those who followed him,“ Truly, I tell you, with no one in Israel have I found such faith.

He answered,“ I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”But she came and knelt before him, saying,“ Lord, help me.”And he answered,“ It is not right to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”She said,“ Yes, Lord, yet even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters’ table.”Then Jesus answered her,“ O woman, great is your faith! Be it done for you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed instantly.

Let them give glory to the Lord, and declare his praise in the coastlands.

But they soon forgot his works; they did not wait for his counsel.

while the sons of the kingdom will be thrown into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

So the last will be first, and the first last.”

But many who are first will be last, and the last first.

Ascribe to the Lord, O heavenly beings, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness.
