After this, Jesus found him in the temple and said to him,“ See, you are well. Do not sin anymore, so that something worse doesn’t happen to you.”

“ I believe, Lord!” he said, and he worshiped him.

The living, only the living can thank you, as I do today; a father will make your faithfulness known to children.The LORD is ready to save me; we will play stringed instruments all the days of our lives at the house of the LORD.Now Isaiah had said,“ Let them take a lump of pressed figs and apply it to his infected skin, so that he may recover.”And Hezekiah had asked,“ What is the sign that I will go up to the LORD’s temple?”

When the crowds saw this, they were awestruck and gave glory to God, who had given such authority to men.

How can I repay the LORD for all the good he has done for me?I will take the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD.I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people.The death of his faithful ones is valuable in the LORD’s sight.
