亞伯拉罕對他說：「他們若不聽摩西和神言人，就使有一個人從死人中復起了，他們還是不確信的。」』

亚伯拉罕说：‘若不听从摩西和先知的话，就是有一个从死里复活的，他们也是不听劝。’”

曰、不聽摩西與先知、即有自死而起者、彼亦不受勸也、

亞伯拉罕曰、不聽摩西及先知、縱有由死復活者、彼亦不信、

亞伯漢曰：「不聽摩西與先知、縱死者復活亦不可勸化矣。」

“ He said to him,‘ If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’”

“ Abraham said to him,‘ They do not listen to Moses and the Prophets. So they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’ ”

He said to him,‘ If they do not hear Moses and the Prophets, neither will they be convinced if someone should rise from the dead.’”

“ But Abraham said,‘ If they won’t listen to Moses and the prophets, they won’t be persuaded even if someone rises from the dead.’”

“ But he told him,‘ If they don’t listen to Moses and the prophets, they will not be persuaded if someone rises from the dead.’”

And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, if one rise from the dead.

“ But he told him,‘ If they don’t listen to Moses and the prophets, they will not be persuaded if someone rises from the dead.’”

He replied to him,‘ If they do not respond to Moses and the prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’”

“ He said to him,‘ If they don’t listen to Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded if one rises from the dead.’”

他們便和保羅定了一個日子，就有許多人到寓所來、受他招待。保羅從早到晚對他們講解，透徹證明上帝之國，不但引了摩西的律法書、也引了神言人的書、將耶穌的事勸導他們相信。

但我們的福音、就說是蒙着帕子罷、也是在滅亡着的人蒙着的。

亞基帕對保羅說：『你想用幾句話勸誘我做基督徒麼？』

保羅進了會堂，一連三個月，放膽講論，辯論上帝國的事，勸導人相信。

所以我們既曉得主是可畏懼的，便勸人相信。我們在上帝面前顯然無隱；我盼望在你們的良知裏也顯然無隱。

祭司長就定意、連拉撒路也要殺害，因為有許多猶太人為了他的緣故去信耶穌。

說了這些話，就大聲嚷着說：『拉撒路，出來！』那死了的人就出來，腳和手綁着布條，臉上包着布巾。耶穌對他們說：『給他解開，放他走。』那些來看馬利亞的猶太人、見了耶穌所作的事，就有許多信了他的。但其中也有人往法利賽人那裏去，將耶穌所作的事告訴他們。於是祭司長和法利賽人召集了議院的會，說：『這個人行着許多神迹，我們怎麼辦呢？若由着他這樣，眾人都會信他，羅馬人就會來，連我們的聖地帶我們民族都奪取了去啊。』其中有一個人、那年做大祭司的該亞法、對他們說：『你們甚麼都不懂；也不想想、一個人替人民死，免得全民族都滅亡：這是於你們有益的啊。』這話他不是憑着自己說的，是因為那年他做大祭司，所以豫言耶穌將要替民族死；不單替民族死，並且要將上帝四散的兒女都聚集歸一呢。從那一天，他們就定意要殺耶穌。

願上帝使雅弗擴展；使雅弗在閃的帳棚裏居住；願迦南做他的奴僕。』
