财主就把管家叫来，对他说：‘我听到有关你的事，到底是什么？把你所管理的做出交代，因为你不能再当管家了。’

財主就把管家叫來，對他說：『我聽到有關你的事，到底是什麼？把你所管理的做出交代，因為你不能再當管家了。』

主呼之曰、我聞言及爾者何耶、陳述爾職、蓋爾不得仍為家宰也、

乃呼之曰、我聞人言、爾果有此事否、可出會計條目、爾不得仍為操會者矣、

主人乃呼之曰、我聞人訴爾如此、何也、可出會計簿藉、爾不得仍為司事者、

主召之曰：「聞人言爾、何竟至此、茲後解雇、其速交代、毋掌吾家。」

So he called him in and asked him,‘ What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your management, because you cannot be manager any longer.’

So the rich man told him to come in. He asked him,‘ What is this I hear about you? Tell me exactly how you have handled what I own. You can’t be my manager any longer.’

So the employer called him in and said,‘ What’s this I hear about you? Get your report in order, because you are going to be fired.’

So he called the manager in and asked,‘ What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your management, because you can no longer be my manager.’

And he summoned him and said to him,‘ What is this I hear about you? Give an accounting of your management, for you can no longer be manager.’

So he called him and said to him,‘ What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your stewardship, for you can no longer be steward.’

And he called him, and said unto him, What is this that I hear of thee? render the account of thy stewardship; for thou canst be no longer steward.

So he called the manager in and asked,‘ What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your management, because you can no longer be my manager.’

And he called him, and said unto him, How is it that I hear this of thee? give an account of thy stewardship; for thou mayest be no longer steward.

So he called the manager in and said to him,‘ What is this I hear about you? Turn in the account of your administration, because you can no longer be my manager.’

He called him, and said to him,‘ What is this that I hear about you? Give an accounting of your management, for you can no longer be manager.’

As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace:

Rejoice, O young man, in your youth, and let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth. Walk in the ways of your heart and the sight of your eyes. But know that for all these things God will bring you into judgment.Remove vexation from your heart, and put away pain from your body, for youth and the dawn of life are vanity.

For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil.

And he said to them,“ Why do you do such things? For I hear of your evil dealings from all these people.No, my sons; it is no good report that I hear the people of the Lord spreading abroad.

But God said to him,‘ Fool! This night your soul is required of you, and the things you have prepared, whose will they be?’

The sins of some people are conspicuous, going before them to judgment, but the sins of others appear later.

I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak,

So then each of us will give an account of himself to God.

And the Lord said,“ Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom his master will set over his household, to give them their portion of food at the proper time?

And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done.

Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful.

but they will give account to him who is ready to judge the living and the dead.

Therefore do not pronounce judgment before the time, before the Lord comes, who will bring to light the things now hidden in darkness and will disclose the purposes of the heart. Then each one will receive his commendation from God.

For it has been reported to me by Chloe’s people that there is quarreling among you, my brothers.

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.

Do not neglect the gift you have, which was given you by prophecy when the council of elders laid their hands on you.

for I was afraid of you, because you are a severe man. You take what you did not deposit, and reap what you did not sow.’He said to him,‘ I will condemn you with your own words, you wicked servant! You knew that I was a severe man, taking what I did not deposit and reaping what I did not sow?Why then did you not put my money in the bank, and at my coming I might have collected it with interest?’And he said to those who stood by,‘ Take the mina from him, and give it to the one who has the ten minas.’And they said to him,‘ Lord, he has ten minas!’‘ I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.

Then the Lord said to Cain,“ Where is Abel your brother?” He said,“ I do not know; am I my brother’s keeper?”And the Lord said,“ What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood is crying to me from the ground.

But the Lord God called to the man and said to him,“ Where are you?”And he said,“ I heard the sound of you in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself.”He said,“ Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree of which I commanded you not to eat?”

Then the Lord said,“ Because the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great and their sin is very grave,I will go down to see whether they have done altogether according to the outcry that has come to me. And if not, I will know.”
