When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up his spirit.

Are ye able to drink the cup that I am about to drink? They say unto him, We are able.

Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour. But for this cause came I unto this hour.Father, glorify thy name. There came therefore a voice out of heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.

And they were on the way, going up to Jerusalem; and Jesus was going before them: and they were amazed; and they that followed were afraid. Are ye able to drink the cup that I drink? or to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?

Jesus therefore saith unto them, My time is not yet come; but your time is always ready.The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that its works are evil.Go ye up unto the feast: I go not up unto this feast; because my time is not yet fulfilled.

Jesus therefore said unto Peter, Put up the sword into the sheath: the cup which the Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?

But when his brethren were gone up unto the feast, then went he also up, not publicly, but as it were in secret.

And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there:

They sought again to take him: and he went forth out of their hand.And he went away again beyond the Jordan into the place where John was at the first baptizing; and there he abode.And many came unto him; and they said, John indeed did no sign: but all things whatsoever John spake of this man were true.
