故此凡你們在暗中所說的、總要在明處被聽見；你們在內屋附耳所說的、總要在房頂上被宣傳。

智慧人口中的話使他得人的恩悅；愚頑人的嘴吞滅自己。他口中的話起頭就愚昧；他口中說的、末尾是惡性的狂妄。

亞當的七世孫以諾也指着這些人來傳神言說：『看哪，主帶着他千千萬萬的聖者來臨，對一切人行審判，將一切不虔者以不虔方式所行一切不虔的事定了罪，又將不虔和犯重大罪的人所說一切頂撞他的剛愎話定了罪。』

就是在你心思中你都不可咒詛君王；在你臥房裏你也不可咒詛富戶；因為空中的飛鳥能把這聲音帶去；有翅膀的會傳說話語。
