示巴女王、聞所羅門由耶和華名、而得之聲譽、遂來、欲以難語試之、彼至耶路撒冷、從者甚眾、有駝負香品、及黃金甚多、亦有寶石、見所羅門、悉以中心所存者與之言、其所問者、所羅門俱答之、無有一事不明、而不告之、示巴女王、見所羅門之智慧、所建之宮室、筵席之餚饌、羣臣之坐次、眾僕之侍立、與其服飾、及其酒政、暨陞耶和華室之階、則神為之奪、謂王曰、我在我國、所聞爾之行為智慧、洵不誣也、我未至而目擊、則不信其言、今知所告我者、猶未及半、爾之智慧福祉、過於我之所聞、爾之羣臣、爾之眾僕、恆侍爾前、聞爾智慧、其有福矣、爾上帝耶和華悅爾、使居以色列國位、宜頌美焉、蓋耶和華恆愛以色列、故立爾為王、施行公義、於是示巴女王、以黃金一百二十他連得、香品甚多、及厥寶石、饋所羅門王、所饋王之香品、此後未有若是之多也、希蘭之羣舶、自俄斐運金者、亦運檀木、寶石甚多、王以檀木、為耶和華室及王宮作欄、又為謳歌者作琴與瑟、自昔迄今、未見若此之檀木、示巴女王所欲所求者、所羅門王悉予之、且循王之厚意、更有饋焉、遂與臣僕、返其故土、○

聖神降臨其上、狀如鴿、自天有聲云、爾乃我之愛子、我所欣悅者、○

蓋有嬰孩為我而生、有子錫予於我、其肩負荷國政、其名稱為奇士、謀主、全能之神、恆久之父、和平之君、其政治與和平、有加無已、在於大衛之位、治理其國、以公以義建立之、保定之、自今迄於永遠、萬軍耶和華之熱中、將成此焉、○

挪亞以信而得示以未見之事、寅畏而備方舟、以救其家、由此而罪世、且得依信之義也、

耶和華諭我曰、悖逆之以色列、較詭譎之猶大、尚顯其義、

其素無割而守律者、不罪爾以文與割而干律者乎、

凡為攻爾所製之器、必不利達、凡為鞫爾而動之舌、爾必罪之、斯為耶和華諸僕之益、亦為其義、乃本乎我、耶和華言之矣、

彼乃莫能見之上帝像、為凡受造者之首生、蓋萬有本之而造、在天在地、有形無形、或位或權、或執政者、或有能者、皆由之而造、且歸之焉、彼先萬有萬有本之而立、教會乃身、彼為首、為元始、自死而首生、致為萬事倡、蓋父喜以諸豐盛寓於其中、

有聲自雲出曰、此乃我子、我所選者、爾其聽之、
