But some of them said,“ He casts out demons by Beelzebub, the ruler of the demons.”

但其中有些人却说：“他是靠鬼魔的王别西卜驱赶鬼魔的。”

內中卻有人說：「他是靠着鬼王別西卜趕鬼。」

其中卻有人說：「他是靠着鬼王別西卜趕鬼。」

其中卻有人說：「他是靠着鬼王別西卜趕鬼。」

有人卻說：「祂是靠鬼王別西卜趕鬼。」

有人說：“他靠鬼王別西卜趕鬼。”

但他們中間卻有人說：『他趕鬼是靠着鬼王別西卜趕的。』

但其中有些人卻說：「他是靠鬼魔的王別西卜驅趕鬼魔的。」

中有數人曰、彼藉鬼王別西卜逐鬼耳、

有數人曰、彼藉鬼王別西卜以逐鬼耳、

中有數人曰、彼逐魔、無非賴魔王別西卜耳、

惟有人則曰：『彼之袪鬼、乃恃魔王白責布爾之力也。』

But some of them said,“ By Beelzebul, the prince of demons, he is driving out demons.”

But some of them said,“ Jesus is driving out demons by the power of Beelzebul, the prince of demons.”

But some of them said,“ He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the prince of demons,”

but some of them said,“ No wonder he can cast out demons. He gets his power from Satan, the prince of demons.”

But some of them said,“ He drives out demons by Beelzebul, the ruler of the demons.”

But some of them said,“ He casts out the demons by Beelzebul, the ruler of the demons.”

But some of them said, By Beelzebub the prince of the demons casteth he out demons.

But some of them said,“ He drives out demons by Beelzebul, the ruler of the demons!”

But some of them said, He casteth out devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.

But some of them said,“ By the power of Beelzebul, the ruler of demons, he casts out demons.”

But some of them said,“ He casts out demons by Beelzebul, the prince of the demons.”

But the Pharisees said,“ He casts out demons by the ruler of the demons.”

And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said,“ He has Beelzebub,” and,“ By the ruler of the demons He casts out demons.”So He called them to Himself and said to them in parables:“ How can Satan cast out Satan?If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.And if Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he cannot stand, but has an end.No one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. And then he will plunder his house.“ Assuredly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter;but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation”—because they said,“ He has an unclean spirit.”

Then the Jews answered and said to Him,“ Do we not say rightly that You are a Samaritan and have a demon?”

Now when the Pharisees heard it they said,“ This fellow does not cast out demons except by Beelzebub, the ruler of the demons.”But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them:“ Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand.If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?And if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges.But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.Or how can one enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house.He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad.

Then the Jews said to Him,“ Now we know that You have a demon! Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and You say,‘ If anyone keeps My word he shall never taste death.’

And many of them said,“ He has a demon and is mad. Why do you listen to Him?”

It is enough for a disciple that he be like his teacher, and a servant like his master. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more will they call those of his household!

If Satan also is divided against himself, how will his kingdom stand? Because you say I cast out demons by Beelzebub.And if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they will be your judges.

The people answered and said,“ You have a demon. Who is seeking to kill You?”
