If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

我通水泉、以溉原田、我濬江河、以潤槁壤、我以我神、賦爾子孫、式綏祉福。彼將繁衍、如澤中之草、溪濱之柳、

耶穌曰、倘爾識上帝之賜、與請飲者誰、爾求之、其必以活水與爾、

我將訓迪爾、我將以我神賦爾、爾其受教。

彼得曰、爾曹宜悔改、奉耶穌基督名領洗、俾得罪赦、如是可受聖神矣、

不惜己子、為我眾捨之、豈不以萬物並賜我歟、

節期末、即大日、耶穌立而呼曰、人渴、宜就我飲、信我者、其腹必流活水如川、猶記所載、耶穌言此、指信者將感於聖神、當時、耶穌未榮、故聖神未降、○

以我神賦爾、使爾遵我禮儀、守我法度、

耶穌曰、我誠告爾、人不以水以聖神而生、不能進上帝國、由身生者、身也、由神生者、神也、

夫婦豈忘哺乳之子、不慈甫產之嬰、彼或忘子、我不忘爾。

末日、我將以我神賦萬人、俾爾子女、言未來事、幼者見異象、老者兆於夢、

若定罪之法榮、則稱義之法益榮、舊典之榮、較愈顯之榮、不足為榮、暫有者若榮、則永存者更榮、

如此、則可為天父之子、蓋天父以日照夫善不善、以雨濡夫義不義者也、

此皆異邦人所求、天父知爾需之、

今賴其血、我儕稱義、況以之免刑乎、我逆主時、賴其子之死、得親於上帝、況以其生得救乎、

如是、爾光當照乎人、俾見爾善行、歸榮爾天父焉、○

生我身之父責我、而我敬之、況賦我神之父、豈不當誠服以得永生乎、生我身之父、或暫時任意責我、賦我神之父、乃為我益而責我、使我得與作聖、

且夫野草、今日尚存、明日投爐、上帝猶衣被之若此、況爾小信者乎、

爾免人過、天父亦免爾過、

而此子狎妓、盡耗父業、乃至、則為之宰肥犢也、父曰、子常偕我、我所有者、皆為爾有、爾弟死而復生、失而又得、我儕宜喜樂也、

耶穌曰、爾祈禱時、宜曰、我父在天、願爾名聖、爾國臨格、爾旨得成在地若天、

馨聞於上、耶和華意謂人雖自孩提、其心常懷惡念、嗣後我必不緣之詛地、復滅生物。

夫以一人之罪、致死乘權、孰若耶穌基督、以一身便獲洪恩者、稱義而生乘權乎、

亦知我情欲中無懿德、因好之者雖在前、而行其善者不得也、

斯世之人、何得言潔、婦女所生者、何得稱義。自主視之、即聖者猶未盡善、在天之人、猶未盡潔。況世人作惡、如渴飲水、是誠污衊、實可厭棄。

我母懷妊、生我於世、當此之時、我有罪戾、

耶和華鑒觀世人、作惡貫盈、心所圖維、恆壞惡念。於是耶和華既造世人、旋有悔心、愀然憂之。

我儕素無知弗信、見惑於人、從嗜慾、樂佚樂、暴戾、媢嫉、為人所怨、而己亦尤人、
