愿赐平安的主，常常以各种方法亲自赐给你们平安！愿主与你们大家同在！

因为在神面前，无论在得救的人中间，还是在灭亡的人中间，我们都是基督的馨香：对灭亡的人，我们是死亡的香气以至于死亡；对得救的人，我们是生命的香气以至于生命。对这些事，到底谁配得上呢？

在其中，你们从前行事为人，是顺着这世界的潮流，顺着那空中势力的掌权者，就是现今在那些不信从的儿女里面做工的灵。我们从前也都生活在他们中间，生活在自己肉体的欲望里，行肉体和意念所愿的事。我们正如其他人，生来也是震怒之下的儿女。

而我在他们患病的时候，以麻布为衣袍，以禁食刻苦己心，心中一再祷告。

不要让任何人用虚空的话把你们欺骗了；正是为了这些，神的震怒就临到那些不信从的儿女身上。

并且义行的果子，是由那些缔造和平的人，在和平中种下的。

因为有一婴孩为我们而生，有一儿子赐给我们。政权必担在他的肩上，他的名必称为“奇妙的谋士”、“全能的神”、“永恒的父”、“和平的君”，

现在请你想一想，看看该做什么，因为灾祸一定会临到我们主人和他的全家。他是个恶劣的人，无法与他说话。”
