Thus saith Jehovah, Stand ye in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way; and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls: but they said, We will not walk therein.

The way of peace they know not; and there is no justice in their goings: they have made them crooked paths; whosoever goeth therein doth not know peace.

And I will bring the blind by a way that they know not; in paths that they know not will I lead them; I will make darkness light before them, and crooked places straight. These things will I do, and I will not forsake them.

Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of Jehovah is risen upon thee.For, behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the peoples; but Jehovah will arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.And nations shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.

yea, he saith, It is too light a thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.

There is no peace, saith Jehovah, to the wicked.

There was the true light, even the light which lighteth every man, coming into the world.

Her ways are ways of pleasantness, And all her paths are peace.

A light for revelation to the Gentiles, And the glory of thy people Israel.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.

But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief:for ye are all sons of light, and sons of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness;

I walk in the way of righteousness, In the midst of the paths of justice;

Thus saith Jehovah, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: I am Jehovah thy God, who teacheth thee to profit, who leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.

Let darkness and the shadow of death claim it for their own; Let a cloud dwell upon it; Let all that maketh black the day terrify it.

Mercy and truth are met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.Truth springeth out of the earth; And righteousness hath looked down from heaven.Yea, Jehovah will give that which is good; And our land shall yield its increase.Righteousness shall go before him, And shall make his footsteps a way to walk in.
