“为了除去我在人间的耻辱，主在这些眷顾的日子里，这样看待了我。”

说：“主在眷顾我的日子，这样看待我，要把我在人间的羞耻除掉。”

她说：“主在眷顾我的日子，这样看顾我，要除掉我在人前的羞耻。”

她说：“主在眷顾我的日子，这样看顾我，要除掉我在人前的羞耻。”

她说：“主真是眷顾我，除掉了我不生育的羞耻。”

“主在眷顾的日子，这样看待我，要把我在人间的羞耻除掉。”

說：「主在眷顧我的日子，這樣看待我，要把我在人間的羞恥除掉。」

她說：「主在眷顧我的日子，這樣看顧我，要除掉我在人前的羞恥。」

她說：「主在眷顧我的日子，這樣看顧我，要除掉我在人前的羞恥。」

她說：「主真是眷顧我，除掉了我不生育的羞恥。」

“主在眷顧的日子，這樣看待我，要把我在人間的羞恥除掉。”

『主在眷顧的日子這樣待我，要把我在人間的恥辱除掉。』

「為了除去我在人間的恥辱，主在這些眷顧的日子裡，這樣看待了我。」

曰主於顧我之日待我若此、以滌我恥於人間、○

主眷顧我、視我若此、俾得洒恥於人間、

主眷顧我、待我若此、俾除我辱於人間、○

『主於眷顧之日、為我雪恥於人間、其厚我有如此者。』

“ The Lord has done this for me,” she said.“ In these days he has shown his favor and taken away my disgrace among the people.”

“ The Lord has done this for me,” she said.“ In these days, he has been kind to me. He has taken away my shame among the people.”

“ Thus the Lord has done for me in the days when he looked on me, to take away my reproach among people.”

“ How kind the Lord is!” she exclaimed.“ He has taken away my disgrace of having no children.”

“ The Lord has done this for me. He has looked with favor in these days to take away my disgrace among the people.”

“ This is the way the Lord has dealt with me in the days when He looked with favor upon me, to take away my disgrace among people.”

“ Thus the Lord has dealt with me, in the days when He looked on me, to take away my reproach among people.”

Thus hath the Lord done unto me in the days wherein he looked upon me, to take away my reproach among men.

“ The Lord has done this for me. He has looked with favor in these days to take away my disgrace among the people.”

Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein he looked on[ me], to take away my reproach among men.

“ This is what the Lord has done for me at the time when he has been gracious to me, to take away my disgrace among people.”

“ Thus has the Lord done to me in the days in which he looked at me, to take away my reproach among men.”

到那日，七个女人会拉住一个男人，说：“我们吃自己的粮食，穿自己的衣服，只求你让我们算在你的名下，除去我们的羞辱。”

神也记念瑞秋，听允了她，使她能生育。瑞秋怀孕，生了一个儿子，就说：“神除去了我的羞辱。”

由于耶和华使她不能怀胎，她的对头毗尼拿就极力地挑衅她，为要惹她恼怒；

“不能生育、未曾生产的女子啊，你要欢唱！未曾分娩的女子啊，你要放声欢唱、呼喊！因为孤凄的女子比有丈夫的女子，将有更多的儿女。”这是耶和华说的。“要扩张你帐篷所在的地方，伸展你住所的幔帐，不要止住！要放长你的绳子，坚固你的橛子！因为你要左右扩展，你的后裔必占有列国为继业，又在荒凉的城邑居住。“不要害怕，因你必不致蒙羞；不要愧疚，因你必不致受辱。你将忘记你青春时的耻辱，不再记起你寡居时的羞耻；

同样因着信，不能生育的撒拉，自己虽然过了年龄，还是领受了怀孕生子的能力，原来她认为向她应许的那一位是信实的。

耶和华眷顾哈娜，她就怀孕，又生了三个儿子、两个女儿。那孩子撒母耳在耶和华面前渐渐长大。这时以利已经很老了，他听说儿子们对以色列众人所做的一切，还听说他们与会幕门口服事的妇女们同寝，

第二天，他们清早起来，在耶和华面前敬拜，然后回他们在拉玛的家去了。以利加拿与他的妻子哈娜同寝，耶和华记念哈娜，哈娜就怀孕；时候到了，生了一个儿子。哈娜给儿子起名为撒母耳，因为她说：“我向耶和华求得了他。”

以撒因妻子不能生育就为她向耶和华祈求。耶和华应允了他的祈求，他的妻子莉白加就怀了孕。

耶和华照着他所说的眷顾了撒拉，照着他所应许的为撒拉成就了。撒拉怀了孕，到了神对亚伯拉罕说的那个所定时期，在亚伯拉罕年老的时候，为他生了一个儿子。

天使对他说：“撒迦利亚，不要怕，因为你的祈祷已蒙垂听。你的妻子伊莉莎白要为你生一个儿子，你要给他起名叫约翰。
