耶和华却喜悦把他压伤，使他受痛苦；耶和华若以他的性命作赎罪祭，他必看见后裔，并且得享长寿；耶和华所喜悦的，必在他手中亨通。

我儿，把你的心给我；你的眼目要关注我的道路。

耶和华说：“这一切都是我亲手所造的，所以它们就有了。以下这种人是我要垂顾的，就是谦卑、心灵伤痛、因我的话而战兢的人。

神所要的祭，就是破碎的灵；神啊！破碎痛悔的心，你必不轻看。

因为那至高无上、永远存在、他名为圣的这样说：“虽然我住在至高至圣的地方，却与心灵痛悔和谦卑的人同在，要使谦卑人的灵苏醒，也使痛悔人的心苏醒。

他要从平安祭中奉上献给耶和华的火祭，就是把遮盖内脏的脂肪，和内脏上的一切脂肪，两肾和肾上近腰旁的脂肪，和肾旁的肝叶，一起取下。亚伦的子孙要把这些放在祭坛炭火上的木柴上面，在燔祭上焚烧，作献给耶和华馨香的火祭。

祭司要用指头取一些赎罪祭牲的血，抹燔祭坛的四角，其余的羊血，都要倒在祭坛脚那里。羊所有的脂肪都要取出来，好像取出平安祭绵羊羔的脂肪一样；祭司要把这些放在祭坛耶和华的火祭上面焚烧，祭司为他所犯的罪行赎罪，他就蒙赦免。”

他要取出赎罪祭的公牛所有的脂肪，就是遮盖内脏的脂肪和内脏上的一切脂肪，两肾和肾上近腰的脂肪，和肾旁的肝叶，都一起取下来，正如从平安祭的公牛取出来的一样。祭司要把这些焚烧在燔祭坛上。至于公牛的皮和所有的肉，连头带腿，以及内脏和粪，就是整头公牛，要搬到营外洁净的地方，倒坛灰的地方，放在柴上用火焚烧，就在倒坛灰的地方焚烧。
