他們要田地，就去搶奪；想要房屋，就去強取。他們欺壓人和他的家眷，取人和人的產業。

不欺壓任何人，把欠債人的抵押歸還；他不搶奪人的物件，卻把自己的食物給飢餓的人，把衣服給赤身的人穿著；

到那日，我必懲罰所有跳過門檻的，所有使強暴和欺詐充滿主人房屋的。”

“如果以色列全體會眾無意犯罪，是隱而未現、會眾看不出來的，但他們行了一件耶和華吩咐不可行的事，他們就有罪。當發覺他們犯了罪的時候，會眾就要獻一頭公牛作贖罪祭，把牠牽到會幕前面；會眾的長老要在耶和華面前按手在公牛的頭上，然後在耶和華面前宰殺那公牛。

惡人挪移地界，搶奪群畜去牧養。

他們的網，不能作衣服，他們所作的，也不能遮蓋自己；他們所作的是罪孽的作為，他們的手裡滿是強暴的行為。

至於他的父親，因為他勒索，搶奪兄弟的物件，在自己的同胞中行不善的事，所以他必因自己的罪孽而滅亡。

他欺壓困苦和貧窮的人，搶奪人的物件，沒有把抵押品歸還，眼目仰望偶像，並行可憎的事；

亞伯拉罕因亞比米勒的僕人強佔了一口水井，就指責亞比米勒。

“這些人不知道怎樣行正直的事，只管在他們的堡壘中積聚暴行和欺壓。”這是耶和華的宣告。

因為他欺壓窮人，不顧他們，強搶不是自己建造的房屋。
