期日既滿、天主遣其子由女而生、服於律法下、以贖律法下之人、使我眾得為子、

無分猶太人與希拉人、自主者與為奴者、男與女、蓋爾在基督耶穌、皆一也、

律法因肉體無力、不能滅罪、惟天主為罪遣其子降生肉體、狀如罪人之身、而滅身之罪矣、

故主自以異兆顯示於爾、將有處女懷孕生子、人稱其名以瑪內利、以瑪內利譯即天主偕我之義
