上帝的旨意是：耶稣基督只一次献上自己的身体，便使我们永远圣洁了。祭司都要天天站着供职，一次次地献上同样的祭物，只是这些祭物根本不能除罪。而基督一次献上自己成为永远的赎罪祭后，就坐在上帝的右边，

祭司要把手掌里剩下的油抹在求洁净者的头上。这样，祭司在耶和华面前为他赎了罪。

第二天，摩西对百姓说：“你们犯了大罪，我现在要到耶和华那里，也许可以为你们求得赦免。”

祭司要为这无意间犯罪的人在耶和华面前赎罪，使他获得赦免。

所以祂必须在每一方面都与祂的弟兄姊妹相同，以便在事奉上帝的事上成为一位仁慈忠信的大祭司，替众人献上赎罪祭。

但基督替我们受了咒诅，从而救赎我们脱离了律法的咒诅，因为圣经上说：“凡挂在木头上的人都是受咒诅的。”

为了赎过，他必须献给耶和华一只母绵羊或母山羊作赎罪祭。祭司要为他赎罪。

不但如此，我们借着主耶稣基督与上帝和好之后，还要借着祂在上帝面前欢喜。

要像焚烧平安祭牲的脂肪一样，把羊的所有脂肪都放在坛上焚烧。这样，祭司为他赎了罪，他就会得到赦免。

祂正是上帝荣耀的光辉，是上帝本体的真像。祂用自己充满能力的话语维系万物。祂洗净了世人的罪之后，便坐在天上至高上帝的右边。

更何况基督借着永恒的灵把自己毫无瑕疵地献给上帝呢？祂的血岂不更能洗净我们的良心，使我们脱离导致灭亡的行为，以便事奉永活的上帝吗？

她若负担不起一只羊羔，可以带两只斑鸠或雏鸽来，一只作燔祭，一只作赎罪祭。祭司为她赎罪后，她就洁净了。”

献祭者要把手放在牛头上，所献的燔祭便蒙悦纳，为他赎罪。

“已经为你的同胞和圣城定了七十个七，以终结叛逆，除掉罪恶，赎尽过犯，带来永远的公义，封住异象和预言，膏抹至圣所。

祭司要在耶和华面前为他赎罪，他就会得到赦免。”
