住在至高者隐秘处的，将安居在全能者的荫庇下。我要对耶和华说：“我的避难所、我的要塞、我的神，我依靠你！”是的，他必解救你脱离捕鸟人的网罗，脱离致命的瘟疫；他必用自己的羽翼遮盖你，你要投靠在他的翅膀底下；他的信实是盾牌和壁垒。你必不怕夜间的恐惧，或是白天飞来的箭；也不怕幽暗中流行的瘟疫，或是正午毁灭人的病毒。即使千人仆倒在你旁边，万人仆倒在你右边，灾祸也不会接近你。你只要用眼观看，就会看到恶人的报应。因为你把耶和华——至高者、我的避难所——当作你的居所，恶事必不会发生在你身上，疾患也不会靠近你的帐篷；因为他会为你吩咐他的天使们，在你一切的道路上保守你；他们会用手把你举起来，免得你的脚撞到石头上；你会踏在猛狮和毒蛇身上，踩踏少壮狮子和大蛇。“因为他爱慕我，我就挽救他；因为他认识我的名，我就高举他。

神是我们的避难所和力量，是患难中随时可得的帮助，因此我们不害怕——即使大地变动，群山动摇陷入海中；即使海洋的众水咆哮、翻腾，群山因海水上涨而震动，我们也不害怕。细拉有一条河，它的众支流使神的城欢喜；这城是至高者圣洁的住所。神在这城当中，城就不致动摇；清晨来临，神就帮助她。列邦喧闹，列国动摇；神发出声音，大地就消融。万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的神是我们的庇护所。细拉

于是他对自己的门徒们说：“收割的工作多，而工人少。所以你们要祈求收割的主催促工人参与他的收割工作。”

你们藉着信，在神的大能中蒙保守，以至于那预备好要在末世显现的救恩。

主啊，你世世代代是我们的居所！

你们不是说‘收割的季节还有四个月才到’吗？看哪，我告诉你们：举目向田里观望，庄稼已经成熟，可以收割了！收割的人得酬报，收集果实归入永恒的生命，好使撒种的和收割的一同快乐。

耶和华的名是坚固的塔楼，义人跑进去就安稳在高处。

“耶路撒冷啊，耶路撒冷！这城杀害先知们，又用石头砸死被差到她这里的人！我多次想聚集你的儿女，像母鸡把自己的小鸡聚集在翅膀下，可是你们不愿意！

其实神并不是没有为自己留下证据，因为他常行美善：从天上赐给你们雨水和丰收的季节，使你们食物充足，满心喜乐。”
