I will scatter you among the nations and will draw out my sword and pursue you. Your land will be laid waste, and your cities will lie in ruins.

他们要死在刀剑之下，要被掳到外国去。耶路撒冷要被外族人蹂躏，直到外族人肆虐的日期满了为止。

我要把你驱散到列国，分散到列邦，我要除掉你的污秽。

我要把他周围的随从和所有军队驱散到四方，并且拔刀追杀他们。当我把他们驱赶到各国，分散到列邦时，他们就知道我是耶和华。然而，我要使他们当中一些人免遭刀剑、饥荒和瘟疫，使他们可以在各国供述自己一切可憎的事。他们就知道我是耶和华。”

人们向他们喊道：“走开！你们是不洁的！走开！走开！不要靠近我们。”于是他们逃亡、流荡，列国的人说：“他们不可住在我们这里。”

“耶和华要把你们分散到天下万邦，你们要在那里供奉祖祖辈辈素不认识的木石神像。你们在万邦中将不得安宁，没有落脚之地，耶和华必使你们胆战心惊、目光呆滞、精神颓废。你们必惴惴不安，昼夜恐惧，生死难料。

我是做上帝和主耶稣基督奴仆的雅各，问候散居各地的十二支派的人。

犹大饱受苦难和奴役，被掳往远方，流落异邦，找不到安居之所。她在走投无路之际被追敌擒获。
