I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt so that you would no longer be slaves to the Egyptians; I broke the bars of your yoke and enabled you to walk with heads held high.

主云、彼時我使爾肩不再負擔、使爾手不再攜筐、爾急難時呼籲我、我拯救爾、從雲密雷鳴之處應允爾、在米利巴水試驗爾、細拉、我民乎、我警誡爾、爾須敬聽、以色列乎、惟願爾聽從我、不可崇奉別神、異邦之神、不可叩拜、我乃主爾之天主、曾引導爾出自伊及、爾張爾口、我即使之充滿、

必授於虐遇爾者之手、彼曾謂爾曰、爾屈伏爾躬、任我儕由其上踰越而行、遂使爾背若塵土、若通衢、任人往來、

蓋凡以色列人皆為我僕、乃我導之出伊及者、不得鬻為奴、
