难道你们不知道，你们的身体就是圣灵的圣所吗？这圣灵住在你们里面，是你们从神领受的。你们不属于自己，因为你们是被重价赎回来的。所以，你们应当用自己的身体荣耀神。

“我除去他肩膀的重担，使他的手放下筐子。你在患难中呼求，我搭救了你，我在雷霆的隐秘处回应了你，在米利巴的水边察验了你。细拉我的子民哪，你当听，我要告诫你！以色列啊，但愿你肯听从我！在你当中不可有外族的神明，你不可向外邦的神明下拜。我是耶和华你的神，是把你从埃及地带上来的那一位。你要张大你的口，让我填满它。

我要把它放在那些折磨你的人手中；他们曾对你说：‘趴下，让我们踩着你过去！’你就把自己的背当作地面、当作街道，任人踩着过去。”
