You shall also speak to the sons of Israel, saying,‘ If anyone curses his God, then he will bear the responsibility for his sin.

當告以色列族云、呪詛其上帝者、必負其罪、

爾當告以色列人曰、凡咒詛其天主者、必負罪愆、

Say to the Israelites:‘ Anyone who curses their God will be held responsible;

Say to the Israelites,‘ Anyone who curses me will be held accountable.

And speak to the people of Israel, saying, Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin.

Say to the people of Israel: Those who curse their God will be punished for their sin.

And tell the Israelites: If anyone curses his God, he will bear the consequences of his sin.

“ Then you shall speak to the children of Israel, saying:‘ Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin.

And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curseth his God shall bear his sin.

But the person who is clean and is not on a journey, yet refrains from celebrating the Passover, that person shall then be cut off from his people, because he did not present the offering of the Lord at its appointed time. That person will bear the responsibility for his sin.

‘ Now if a person sins after he hears a public order to testify when he is a witness, whether he has seen or otherwise known, if he does not tell it, then he will bear his punishment.

If there is a woman who approaches any animal to mate with it, you shall kill the woman and the animal; they must be put to death. They have brought their own deaths upon themselves.‘ If there is a man who takes his sister, his father’s daughter or his mother’s daughter, so that he sees her nakedness and she sees his nakedness, it is a disgrace; and they shall be cut off in the sight of the sons of their people. He has uncovered his sister’s nakedness; he bears his guilt.

“ You shall not curse God, nor curse a ruler of your people.
